THIN FILM TRANSISTOR ARRAY PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
A thin film transistor array panel and a manufacturing method are disclosed herein. The thin film transistor array panel includes a data line, a first block of a source electrode, a third block of a drain electrode, and an electrode layer which are formed by a first metal layer disposed on a baseplate; a second block of the source electrode, a fourth block of the drain electrode are formed by a second metal layer which is disposed on the first metal layer. The first block and the second block overlap to combine integrally. The third block and the fourth block overlap to combine integrally. The present invention can decrease the electrical resistance of each of the source electrode and the drain electrode.
OLED DEVICE ENCAPSULATION STRUCTURES, OLED DEVICES, AND DISPLAY PANELS
The present disclosure relates to a package structure of organic light emitting diode (OLED) components. The package structure includes an OLED body and an encapsulation layer having an organic layer, a protecting layer, a blocking layer, and a stressed layer. A first curved-surface area is formed on the organic layer, and the protecting layer, the blocking layer, and the stressed layer are stacked on the organic layer in sequence. The protecting layer, the blocking layer, and the stressed layer are respectively formed with a second curved-surface area. The second curved-surface area is stacked on the first curved-surface area and is overlapped with the first curved-surface area, and the second curved-surface area and the first curved-surface area form a folded area of the encapsulation layer. The present disclosure also relates to one OLED component and a display panel.

Disclosed are a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes: a pixel unit, including a pixel circuit and a light-emitting element, the pixel circuit includes a driving transistor and a threshold compensation transistor; a first power line configured to supply a first power supply voltage to the pixel circuit; a blocker, electrically connected with the first power line; and a first conductive structure, connected with the gate electrode of the driving transistor, the first channel and the second channel of the threshold compensation transistor are connected by a conductive connection portion; an area of an orthographic projection of a portion of the blocker overlapping with the first conductive structure on the base substrate is larger than an area of an orthographic projection of a portion of the blocker overlapping with the conductive connection portion on the base substrate.
DISPLAY SUBSTRATE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR, AND DISPLAY APPARATUS
A display substrate has a display region that includes a functional device arrangement region. The functional device arrangement region includes a plurality of light-emitting regions and a light-transmissive region located at peripheries of the light-emitting regions. The display substrate includes a substrate, a plurality of first lenses disposed on the substrate, an encapsulation layer disposed on a side of the plurality of first lenses away from the substrate, and a plurality of second lenses disposed on a side of the encapsulation layer away from the substrate. The first lenses and the second lenses are located in the light-transmissive region. In a direction perpendicular to the substrate, a second lens in the second lenses is arranged opposite to a first lens in the first lenses; a focal point of the first lens substantially coincides with a focal point of the second lens that is arranged opposite to the first lens.
DISPLAY PANEL AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A display panel and an electronic device are provided. The display panel comprises a base substrate including a display region and a border region surrounding the display region, wherein the border region includes an encapsulation region; a plurality of display units disposed in the display region; an encapsulation member disposed in the border region; a plurality of wires disposed in the border region; and a cover substrate arranged opposite to the base substrate. The display units and the wires are disposed between the base substrate and the cover substrate, the encapsulation member is disposed in the encapsulation region and configured to bond and fix the base substrate to the cover substrate, and at least one of the wires is disposed in the encapsulation region.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a first conductive element, an insulating layer, a first electronic element, and a medium structure. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate. The first conductive element is disposed on the first substrate. The insulating layer is disposed on the first conductive element and has a first via. The first electronic element is disposed on the insulating layer and electrically connected to the first conductive element through the first via. The medium structure is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The medium structure has a first portion and a second portion. The first portion overlaps with the first via, and the second portion is adjacent to the first portion. In addition, the thickness of the first portion is greater than the thickness of the second portion.
DISPLAY PANEL AND DISPLAY APPARATUS
A display panel and a display apparatus are provided. The display panel comprises a substrate including a display region and a non-display region; a display element disposed in the display region of the substrate; and at least one bank disposed in the non-display region of the substrate and surrounding the display region. The at least one bank comprises at least one inorganic layer and at least one metal layer, and the at least one inorganic layer encapsulates the at least one metal layer.
