The present invention provides a golf club that can be tailored to the user using various kinds of blocks. A block (13) is coupled to the golf club, the block (13) having a recessed groove (14) formed on the upper surface thereof to be recessed inward and having a fitting groove (12) formed on the lower portion thereof so as to protrude downward. Even between different blocks (13), the recessed grooves (14) and the fitting grooves (12) can be coupled to each other. When two or more blocks (13) are coupled, the recessed grooves (14) and the fitting grooves (12) of the two blocks (13) can be fitted, and screws can then be fitted from the recessed grooves, thereby coupling the two blocks (13).

Disclosed is a smart putter for a golf club including a putter head having a putting surface for putting a golf ball on one side thereof, a swing detecting unit that is provided in the putter head to detect a balance degree of the putter head, a communication module that is provided in the putter head to transmit balance degree data of the putter head detected by the swing detecting unit to an external device, and a control unit that stores the balance degree data of the putter head detected by the swing detecting unit and transmits the balance degree data to the communication module.

A method and apparatus is provided that determines and simulates the proper putting stroke using at least aiming direction and speed for successfully making a particular putt based on particular putting green characteristics and the location of the golf hole on the putting green, and which is interactive with the user thereby providing an enhanced playing experience and improved putting results.

A putting stroke apparatus and method is provided that determines and simulates the proper putting stroke using at least an aiming direction and initial ball speed for successfully making a particular putt based on particular putting green characteristics and the location of the golf hole on the putting green. A pendulum putter apparatus is coupled with a putting diagnostic tool wherein the putting diagnostic tool determines at least an aiming direction and initial ball speed for a particular putt using inputs such as: (i) topographic information (e.g., contours) specific to the green; (ii) the green speed at a particular time; (iii) the golf hole location (i.e., the physical location of the golf hole); and (iv) the golf ball location on the green (i.e., the physical location of the golf ball).

This disclosure relates to systems, media, and methods for quantifying and monitoring exercise parameters and/or motion parameters, including performing data acquisition, analysis, and providing scientifically valid, clinically relevant, and/or actionable diagnostic feedback. Disclosed embodiments may receive real-time sensor data from a motion sensor or sensors mounted on a user and/or equipment while a user performs a test motion. Disclosed embodiments may also calculate a test motion profile based on the real-time sensor data, the test motion profile describing a multi-dimensional representation of the test motion performed by the user or computed motion profiles. Disclosed embodiments may include comparing the test motion profile to a template motion profile to determine a deviation amount for the test motion profile indicating how the test motion deviated from the template motion profile. Still further embodiments may correlate test motion profiles over time with health indicators.

A method and system for improving the accuracy of putting a golf ball that includes a golf glove for use with a putter grip that has a straight edge, with the golf glove having a visual line alignment feature/illustration that allows a golfer to place his or her hand in a repeatable, proper position on the grip of the putter. The golf glove employed is devoid of any putter attachment feature, such as hook-and-loop fastener material on the glove or the golf grip and is further devoid of any indicia affixed to the back-hand portion of a glove that could be viewed as an alignment indicia, as it only complicates and confuses a golfer when putting. Preferred embodiments include a golf glove that includes a marking forming a straight line that diagonally crosses the palm portion of the glove such that, when worn by a wearer, provides the wearer with a visual indication of the proper gripping position of a golf putter, such putter having a grip that has at least one flat surface and an edge extending down the axial length of the grip that can be aligned with the visual indicator markings/line on the golf glove.

A golf club head has a body defining a ball striking face. The body further has a first leg extending away from the ball striking face and a second leg extending away from the ball striking face wherein a void is defined between the first leg and the second leg. The body further defines a cover that extends over the void. The golf club head may further have support structures and adjustable weight members.

A golf training aid is provided. The golf training aid includes a brace. The brace has a looped strap configured to wrap around and attach to an arm of a user. An elongated rod includes a top end and a bottom end. A first connector rod includes a first end and a second end. The first end is coupled to and extends laterally from the top end of the elongated rod and the second end is coupled to the brace. A second connector rod includes a first end and a second end. The first end is coupled to and extending laterally from the bottom end of the elongated rod. A clamp is coupled to the second end of the second connector rod and is configured to secure to a shaft of a golf club.

A golf club fitting apparatus and a method for fitting using the apparatus are provided. The golf club fitting apparatus may be attached to a golf club and provide fitting information including effective lie angle and effective loft angle. The golf club fitting apparatus includes a lower surface that contacts a butt end of a grip, an upper surface opposite the lower surface, and a side surface connecting the upper and lower surfaces. An angle indicator is disposed at a predetermined angle relative to a shaft axis of the golf club so as to rest in a neutral position when the golf club is in a normal address position.

A putting stroke sensor is attachable to a putter head for measuring characteristics of a putting stroke. A motion sensor integrated circuit is configured to measure acceleration of the putter head along several axes and rotation of the putter head around the several axes during a putting stroke. A processor is programmed to determine a speed, a position and an orientation of the putter head at selective intervals during the putting stroke.
