Power/fiber hybrid cable for indoor use
A hybrid cable is provided that transmits both electrical power and optical signals. The hybrid cable has a transverse cross-sectional shape with multiple lobes and a generally circular outer boundary. At least some of the lobes surround and insulate the electrical conductors. The lobes surrounding the electrical conductors can be torn away from the remainder of the cable while continuing to insulate the electrical conductors.
CABLE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CABLE AND EXTRUSION UNIT
A cable having at least one conductor which extends in a longitudinal direction and is enclosed by a jacket that is extruded onto the conductor. The jacket has a plurality of sections which are manufactured from different plastics, with results in the sections having different functionality. As a result, properties of the cable on a respective section are optimally adapted to the requirements of the respective section. There is also described a method for producing such a cable and to an extrusion unit for extruding the jacket with a plurality of sections.
NOISE REDUCTION TOOL AND WIRE HARNESS
A noise reduction tool includes a sheet-like or belt-like magnetic body that can be wound. In the magnetic body, electric wires, axial directions of which are aligned with a winding axis direction of a winding shape, are disposed side by side around an axis of a winding axis on one plane disposed on the inner side in the winding shape. For example, in the magnetic body, an adhesive to be bonded to the other plane is provided on one plane of an end portion located on the outermost side of both end portions extending along the winding axis direction in the winding shape.
Electric wire and wire harness
An electric wire and a wire harness include a linear conductor, and a covering member configured to include a covering main body that covers an outer circumferential side of the conductor, and a rib portion that is formed integrally with the covering main body, as a protrusion, on an outer circumferential surface of the covering main body.
FLEX FLAT CABLE STRUCTURE AND FLEX FLAT CABLE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR FIX STRUCTURE
A flex flat cable (FFC) structure includes metallic transmission wires arranged in parallel, first insulating jackets, and second insulating jacket. The metallic transmission wires includes one or more power wires and signal wires. The power wire is configured to transmit power. The signal wires are configured to transmit a data signal. Each of first insulating jackets encloses one of metallic transmission wires. The second insulating jacket surrounds the first insulating jackets. An embossment pattern is arranged on an external surface of the second insulating jacket. The embossment pattern includes meander lines in a top-view direction and in an extending direction for the metallic transmission wires. The meander lines are not arranged parallel.
Wire harness
An outer cover includes a flexible tube portion having flexibility and an inflexible tube portion. The flexible tube portion has a corrugated tubular shape in which concave portions and convex portions both extending in a circumferential direction are alternately formed side by side in an axial direction and in which intervals of the adjacent concave portions or intervals between the adjacent convex portions are partially changed.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness includes: a tubular outer member; and a conductive path which is inserted in and protected by the outer member. The conductive path includes a vibration suppressing portion which reduces a movable space of the conductive path at a prescribed position inside the outer member to suppress shaking of the conductive path. The vibration suppressing portion is formed by a partially increased thickness portion of a covering of the conductive path.
Cable and electronic device
A cable including two metal conductor wires, and a coating that is made of a transparent material or a translucent material, covers the two metal conductor wires in a state of being arranged in parallel at an interval, and is shaped in a manner that one of two surfaces existing along a direction substantially parallel to a direction between the two metal conductor wires is a plane and the other surface is a curved surface with a convex cross section.
CABLES FOR CABLE DEPLOYED ELECTRIC SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS
Various cables for cable deployed electric submersible pumping systems and methods of manufacturing such cables are provided. The cable includes a power cable core and coiled tubing formed around the power cable core. The power cable core includes one or more conductors, insulation surrounding each conductor, and an elastomeric jacket extruded around the insulated conductors. Various mechanisms, systems, and methods are described to anchor the power cable core in the coiled tubing and to transfer weight from the power cable core to the coiled tubing.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness that includes an electric wire; a metal braid that covers an outer periphery of the electric wire along a direction of extension of the electric wire; and a metal pipe penetrated both by the electric wire and the metal braid. In addition, a length of the metal braid in the direction of extension of the electric wire can be longer than a length of the metal pipe in the direction of extension of the electric wire.
