HEAT RESISTANT ELECTROCARDIOGRAPH CABLE
The present disclosure provides an electrocardiograph cable for use in an MRI system. The electrocardiograph cable includes a cable jacket and a plurality of lead wires extending through the cable jacket. Each of the plurality of lead wires includes a first end segment coupled to a monitoring electrode, a second end segment coupled to a monitoring device, an electrically insulating core extending from the first end segment to the second end segment, an electrically conductive wire having a plurality of turns wound around the electrically insulating core from the first end segment to the second end segment, and an electrically insulating sleeve covering the electrically conductive wire wound around the electrically insulating core.
Systems and devices for an RF signal carrying cable of a multi-pack launcher system
Systems, devices, and methods including a launch control box; a multi-pack launcher (MPL) box; and a cable connecting the launch control box and the MPL box, where the cable comprises: an outer jacket, a shielded braid, a first wire, a second wire, a third wire, and a fourth wire, where the first wire and the second wire are shielded by the shielded braid, where the third wire and the fourth wire are outside of the shielded braid, and where the third wire and the fourth wire act as an antenna.
TWO-CORE CABLE
A two-core cable includes two coated wires and a metal tape. Each of the two coated wires includes a conductor and an insulating layer that covers an outer surface of the conductor, and the metal tape is configured to collectively cover outer surfaces of the two coated wires. The metal tape has a structure in which a resin layer and a metal layer are stacked, and the resin layer is located towards the two coated wires relative to the metal layer.
Power cable, method for production and use thereof
The present invention concerns a power cable, comprising a tension member (1), placed in the centre of said power cable; a first insulation layer (3), the tension member (1) being embedded in the first insulation layer (3); and an outer protective sheath (9); wherein said power cable further comprises one or more first aluminum conductors (4), embedded within the first insulation layer (3). The present invention also concerns a process for producing the inventive power cable, the process comprising the step of extruding a first polymeric insulation layer (3) onto the tension member (1) and the one or more conductors (4) in one single step. Finally, the present invention concerns the use of the inventive power cable, in medium-voltage to high-voltage subsea applications, such as an offshore windmill cable infrastructure or driving of subsea pumps.
MC CABLE WITH TEARABLE ASSEMBLY TAPE
Disclosed is an armored cable assembly including a core having a notched assembly tape about a plurality of conductors. A metal sheath surrounds the core.
CABLE
A cable is provided with a cable core including one or more electric wires, a shield layer provided to cover around the cable core and composed of a laterally wound shield formed by winding metal wire strands helically, and a sheath provided to cover around the shield layer. The metal wire strands are semi-hard copper alloy wires, and P/PD, which is the ratio of the winding pitch P in the laterally wound shield to the pitch diameter PD of the shield layer, is less than 9.9.
MC cable with tearable assembly tape
Disclosed is an armored cable assembly including a core having a notched assembly tape about a plurality of conductors. A metal sheath surrounds the core.
Armoured power cable
An armoured power cable (10) comprises a cable core (11) and an armour layer (21) comprising a plurality of armouring wires (22) laid around the cable core (11), wherein at least 10% of the armouring wires (22) are wavy wires (23) having a zig-zag shape laying on the outer surface of the cable core (11).
Barrel crimp retention feature for connector with braided wire
A cable assembly includes coaxially arranged inner and outer barrels. The outer barrel overlaps a portion of the inner barrel. The cable assembly further includes a cable that has at least one wire surrounded by an inner insulator that is covered in a metallic shield. The metallic shield is arranged in between the inner and outer barrels. The inner barrel includes a retention feature that is arranged beneath the metallic shield. The retention feature protrudes radially outward from the inner barrel to an outermost diameter. The outer barrel includes a crimped portion that is arranged adjacent to the retention feature and has an innermost diameter that is less than the outermost diameter to capture the metallic shield therebetween and prevent the outer barrel from axial movement relative to the inner barrel.
Torque-balanced, gas-sealed wireline cables
A smooth torque balanced cable that includes an electrically conductive cable core for transmitting electrical power. The smooth torque balanced cable also has a first polymer surrounding said cable core. An inner layer of a plurality of first armor wires surrounds the cable core. The first armor wires being in partial contact with the first polymer and partial contact with a second polymer disposed opposite the first polymer.
