INSOLE
An insole includes an insole body made of a breathable foam material, a fabric layer unit bonded to the insole body along a stacking axis, and a plurality of air holes. The insole body has a bottom surface, a top surface, and a plurality of air voids spatially interconnected and capable of connecting to the bottom surface and the top surface. The fabric layer unit includes a fabric layer and a waterproof membrane. The waterproof membrane is disposed between the fabric layer and the insole body, and is bonded to the top surface of the insole body. The air holes are connected to the fabric layer and the waterproof membrane. The air holes and the air voids are spatially interconnected. Each of the air holes has a hole width of less than 0.1 mm. The air holes and the air voids together form a plurality of air channels.
SHOES VENTILATION SYSTEM
The separate insole 2 with the, ventilation system is separately insertable in the shoe and the separate insole 2 has longitudinal grooves I downwards, which extend from the space of the heel to the space of the toe through bottom surface an elastic foam layer of the separate insole 2. The rear ends of the longitudinal grooves 1 have an air inlet in the space of the heel and the front ends of the longitudinal grooves 1 have an air outlet in the space of the toe. During step, the longitudinal grooves 1 are gradually compressed from the heel to the toe and air is forced from the longitudinal grooves 1 to the inner toe space of the shoe.

Insole for footwear
Described is an insole including: a first body having an upper surface, having a first channel, extending close to an edge of said upper surface, and a second channel, extending between a central zone and an edge of said upper surface; a second body, in contact with the upper surface of the first body for closing said first and second channels, including at least a first through opening, positioned at the first channel, and at least a second through opening, positioned at the second channel; an attachment, constrained to said first and second body, including at least a first conduit, in fluid communication with the first channel and with the outside environment, and at least a second conduits, in fluid communication with the second channel and with the outside environment.

Contoured insoles for footwear
An insole assembly for use in footwear is provided. The insole assembly generally includes a full-length insole base made of a flexible and resilient material (e.g., resiliently compressible foam), and a heel cap made of a generally rigid material (e.g., a carbon fiber reinforced polymer) which is attached to the insole base and mimics the contours thereof to provide proper biomechanical support of the heel and arch areas of a foot in a particularly lightweight and sleek form factor.

SHOE INSOLE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed are a shoe insole and its manufacturing method. The method includes the steps of crushing a rubber foam material into irregular primary crushed particles, covering a mixed elastomeric material onto a surface of the primary crushed particle uniformly, using a pressurizing, heating and curing method to form a primary modified foam material, crushing the primary modified foam material again to form irregular secondary crushed particles, covering the secondary crushed particles uniformly mixed with the elastomeric material onto a surface of the secondary crushed particle, and using the pressurizing, heating and curing method to form a secondary modified foam material similarly. The shoe sole made of the secondary modified foam material has good breathability, elasticity, comfortability and compressive strength.
