The invention discloses a mobile breathing sole. The mobile breathing sole, from top to bottom, sequentially comprises an upper sole, a breathing layer, and a lower sole. The upper sole, the breathing layer, and the lower sole are bonded together by adhesive. The breathing layer comprises structures such as an air inlet hole, an air chamber, a ventilation hole, a breathing hole, and a breathing channel, thereby achieving overall breathability of the sole, effectively discharging moisture and heat from inside the shoe, and keeping the foot dry and comfortable. The breathing layer is made of a high-resilience material, which can effectively absorb the impact force generated during walking and reduce the burden on the foot. The upper sole is made of a torsion-resistant material, which provides stable support and ensures comfort and safety during wearing.
