CAMERA EQUIPPED CYCLE AND COORDINATED PUNCH EXERCISE DEVICE AND METHODS
A punch-and-cycle exercise device is described. The device includes a cycling mechanism, a frame to which a punch-pad is attached, a plurality of delineated target zones arranged on the punch pad, a sensor unit that may include an impact sensor, an accelerometer, and a single or plurality of hall effect sensors, each communicatively connected to the target zones. A control unit communicatively connects with the sensors, a punch-pad mounted camera, and a display. Gloves with built in magnets and/or unique markings/visual identifiers interact with the sensors and/or camera and provide data to the controller to track user success at responding with correct puncing form to illuminated and sequenced punching programs while cycling. Output can be displayed locally or on any paired device.
Volleyball hitting training device
A volleyball training apparatus has a laterally extending arm supported on a riser. A resilient member such as a spring is operably connected within the arm. The resilient member is connected to a flexible connector, such as a cable, that is connected to a volleyball. A series of spacers retains the volleyball away from the rigid arm. The height of the arm may be adjustable to locate the volleyball at a desired height. After a user strikes the volleyball, the volleyball is displaced from its original static position, but quickly is snapped back into the static position by the resilient member pulling the volleyball toward the arm against the spacers.
Tackling apparatus
An apparatus includes a rolling mechanism and a pulley device. The rolling mechanism is connected to a cable and configured to traverse the cable from a first end of the cable toward a second end of the cable, the cable being attached to and extending between a pair of support members. The pulley device is removably coupled to the rolling mechanism and attached to a tackling bag, the tackling bag being configured to be tackled when propelled from the one of the pair of support members toward the other of the pair of support members. The pulley device is separated from the cable when the tackling bag is propelled from the one of the pair of support members toward the other of the pair of support members.
Golf club heads and methods to manufacture golf club heads
Embodiments of golf club heads and methods to manufacture golf club heads may include a golf club head having a body portion, a first mass portion, and a second mass portion. The first mass portion has a first mass portion first end and a first mass portion second end such that a distance between the first mass portion first end and the first mass portion second end defines a first mass portion dimension. The second mass portion includes a second mass portion first end and a second mass portion second end such that a distance between the second mass portion first end and the second mass portion second end defines a second mass portion dimension. The second mass portion dimension may be substantially greater than the first mass portion dimension, and a total mass of the second mass portion may be greater than or equal to three times a total mass of the first mass portion. Other examples and embodiments may be described and claimed.
Boxing or sparring device that fights back
A boxing or sparring device that fights back that includes one or more boxing bags, one or more boxing arms and alternatively a kicking leg.
Trolley apparatus, system, method of use, and method of manufacture
A trolley apparatus, system, and method of manufacture are described herein. The trolley apparatus may comprise one or more of a first side plate, a second side plate, a support axle, one or more roller components, and/or other components. The support axle may be mounted through and/or between the first side plate and the second side plate. The support axle may be mounted such that the first side plate and the second side plate are at opposite ends of the support axle. The support axle may be configured to support the one or more roller components. In some implementations, the trolley apparatus may be specifically configured to accommodate a slackline webbing which may have a width of about five centimeters.
Exercising Device
A Push-up Bar exercise apparatus targeting various body muscles comprising a straight rod. Each end of bar has a hand grip and adjacent to it is a wheel for enhanced stability and ease of use. The push up bar wheels is also attachable and detachable for increased portability and productivity. And also present various levels of resistant bands which are attached to opposite end of device, to increase the amount of stress of muscles for progression
Posable training aid
A lightweight training aid is disclosed including selectively positioned posable appendages for use in various training exercises. The training aid may be formed of one or more separable and distinct portions including a head module, a torso module and a leg module, and combinations thereof. The head module and/or leg module may be releasably coupled to the torso module by interchangeable mounting arrangements. Appendages of the training aid may be posable, at least within a set range of motion, within any of a potentially infinite number of orientations. Methods of using such a training aid also are disclosed.
Tennis Trainer Apparatus
A tennis trainer apparatus has a base, a center tube, and an upper structure. The base of the tennis trainer apparatus has a plurality of evenly distributed legs which may have wheels attached for ease of positioning the apparatus in various positions on a tennis court. The center tube is easily adjustable by placing a pin in holes at varying heights. The upper structure has a left arm and a right arm, and each arm has a holding rod attached. A ball with a ball loop is removably attached to the holding rods so that when the ball is struck it can easily travel like a regular tennis ball. The ball loop is attached to the ball through use of a small rod which is inserted into the tennis ball. Ball extenders with at least one and preferably two holding rods attached are used to raise and lower the height of the ball and ball loop, to create any shot in tennis, including a serve. A tennis trainer apparatus can be easily adapted to additional sports.
Exercise apparatus
A piece of exercise equipment particularly for improved strength training exercises. More particularly, the invention relates to equipment that allows the user to vary tension when performing different exercises. The present invention is specifically designed for improved exercise through the variability of a tension component for use in such exercises as the plank exercise, sit-ups, push-ups and supine pull-ups that includes a core support, a guide arm, a head support, and a foot support that work in conjunction to most optimally support the user. The core support, the head support and the foot support are all connected, supported, and elevated from the floor by a central support system.
