Sports training assembly
A sports training assembly includes a plurality of remote targets. Each of the remote targets is positionable on a training field and each of the remote targets respectively emits a visual alert when the respective remote target is turned on. In this way the respective remote target is established as the desired target for the athlete to strike. A base target is positionable on the training field and the base target emits a visual alert when the base target is turned on thereby establishing the base target as the desired target for the athlete to strike. Moreover, the base target is in electrical communication with each of the remote targets and the base target turns on each of the remote targets in a random sequence. A plurality of balls is provided and each of the base and remote targets is mounted on a respective one of the balls. Moreover, each of the balls is biased to vertically orient the remote and base targets for striking.
MODULAR TOOLS AND SYSTEMS FOR PRACTICING INDIGENOUS FIGHTING ARTS, PARTICULARLY, GUARDIAN ART
Guardian Art training tools including efficiently and functionally created low-cost apparatus manifested in a plurality of elastically deformable modular polyhedral members, with striking surfaces angled in ordinal planes and elastic deformation in tower structures made from the polyhedral members attached by Velcro® brand of attachments, inter alia.
Exercise apparatus
Four striking panels having wireless sensors are arranged such that at least one striking panel is: in front of an athlete, behind the athlete, to the right of the athlete, and to the left of the athlete. A display is situated in front of the athlete. Randomly, a particular striking panel is presented on the display during an exercise routine. When the athlete strikes the appropriate corresponding panel based on detection of a wireless signal provided by the corresponding wireless sensor, a next randomly selected panel is presented on the display. This continues for a particular number of times or for a particular elapsed period of time. Response time metrics are retained for the routine and provided at the conclusion of routine.
Collapsible, weighted tee ball stand
A tee ball stand with a ball holder fitted to a two-piece adjustable stanchion received by a flex sleeve supported from a base hub. Weighted legs formed from hexagonal tubing are fitted at right angles into hex sockets of the base hub to prevent twisting. The outer ends of the legs are closed with an end cap having a ground engaging spur to resist sliding on the ground.
TWO-PERSON UNDERWATER PROJECTILE GOAL-SCORING SPORT, AND EQUIPMENT THEREFOR
This invention is a simple method to play a one-on-one underwater goal-scoring sport together with the pertinent field of play, the projectile and the goal apparatus. While underwater, one offensive player throws the projectile toward the underwater goal apparatus defended by a defending player who tries to tag out the offensive player before they can throw, or who tries to prevent the projectile from touching the goal area. Variations to the projectile and the goal apparatus are also described as options for use in the sport.
Mirror Reflective Training Device
The reflective training device is an equipment that integrates mirror reflective technology to training sports, especially combat sports. The device aims to give athletic users an instantaneous way to observe detailed nuanced movement specific to the user's sport and or activity. An athletes' ability to perceive oneself in real time while performing true game time and competition movements can be revolutionary and change the dynamics in a multitude of sports and physical activity. To accomplish this, a mirror reflective fabric, mirror reflective material and/or hardened mirror reflective matter is added on to the training device, so as to give the user feedback on how intense a movement may be. The device further enables users to gauge how low or how well they are positioned while performing specific movements. Further, the training device includes different cushioning layers and support structures that enable users to have a sturdy and smooth reflective surface.
Modular Training System
A modular strength training equipment system for providing a plurality of equipment options. The system includes a plurality of base components for forming a plurality of customizable base configurations. The plurality of base components includes a plurality of posts, a plurality of stabilization legs, and a plurality of junction boxes. Each of the plurality of junction boxes include a base receiver, a vertical receiver, and one or more horizontal receivers for removably receiving and arranging the plurality of posts and the plurality of stabilizing legs into the plurality of customizable base configurations. The system further includes a plurality of function mounts that are each configured to be selectively secured to at least one of the plurality of customizable base configurations based on a desired equipment option of a user.
Hitting practice device
A hitting practice device allows a batter to swing the bat, make contact with the device, and then to follow-through with the swing while maintaining contact with the device. In embodiments, the hitting practice device includes a pivoting base, a post connected to the base, a pad attached at the upper portion of the post, and a stopper that prevents the base from pivoting beyond a recovery angle. In other embodiments, the base includes a base plate and stabilization plate connected by a hinge. In embodiments, a pad and dampener absorb most of the initial impact of the hit, pausing the swing for analysis. The pivoting base then allows the batter to continue, follow-through and complete the swing.
Table-tennis training apparatus and method thereof
A table-tennis training apparatus for training a player to apply spin to a table-tennis ball when using a racket to hit the ball. The table-tennis training apparatus has a ball holder for rotatably holding a table-tennis ball. When the ball thereon is hit by a racket, the ball holder pivots about an axis and an elastic structure coupled to the ball holder dampens the speed of the ball holder to prolong the contact time between the racket and the ball and consequently help the player to more clearly experience the feeling of applying spin to the ball and thus facilitate the player's training of applying spins to the ball.
Pet fetching device
Implementations described and claimed herein provide systems and methods for interactive fetching for one or more participants, such as pets. In one implementation, a projectile, such as a ball, is received in a receiver and transported through an opening into a feeder of a randomizer. One of a plurality of chutes is randomly selected using gravity, and the projectile is transported from the feeder into the selected chute. The chute generates a smooth roll along a ramp to a port, from which the projectile is ejected along an ejection path for the participant to retrieve.
