Anti-kink device for a cable
An anti-kink device for a cable is provided. The anti-kink device for a cable comprises: an anti-kink bush which can be secured on a cable, wherein the anti-kink bush has at least one first snap-in element, a first connecting element which has an opening for the passage of the anti-kink bush, wherein the first connecting element has at least one second snap-in element, a second connecting element which can be connected to the first connecting element, wherein the at least one first snap-in element and the at least one second snap-in element are in such a form that, in a first position of the anti-kink bush relative to the first connecting element, they allow the anti-kink bush to be guided through the opening of the first connecting element and, in a second position of the anti-kink bush relative to the first connecting element, they can be locked together.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness includes an electric wire, a braided conductor covering the electric wire, a grommet having a tubular insertion portion through which the electric wire and the braided conductor are inserted, a water stop sheet sandwiched between an inner peripheral surface of the insertion portion and the braided conductor, and a fixture attached to the insertion portion so as to reduce a diameter of the insertion portion. The water stop sheet includes a base material layer having a plurality of pores communicating with each other in a thickness direction of the water stop sheet and a sealing compound layer laminated on the base material layer. The sealing compound layer is deformed so as to enter gaps between thin conductor wires constituting the braided conductor and the pores of the base material layer.
GROMMET ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF INSTALLING A GROMMET ASSEMBLY
Grommet assembly and method for installing a grommet assembly in a penetration hole of a panel. In one embodiment, a grommet assembly is comprised of multiple parts, including end members having a diameter greater than the penetration hole, and a middle member having a diameter sized to fit within the penetration hole. Each of the members includes one or more conduit holes for a conduit that is routed through the penetration hole, and an installation slit disposed between an outer peripheral surface and a conduit hole.
GROMMET ASSEMBLY AND WIRE HARNESS
A grommet assembly includes: a grommet through which a wiring material is inserted, that is attached to a through hole formed on a panel for a vehicle; a resin inner arranged to abut on a side of the grommet opposite to the panel for the vehicle; and a protector through which the wiring material is inserted, the protector being locked to the resin inner and attached to the panel for the vehicle to hold the grommet and the resin inner between the protector and the panel for the vehicle.
Nonmetallic push-in connector
A push-in connector generally having an interior channel equipped with longitudinal protrusions that run at least part of the length of the interior channel of the connector body to define grooves through which wires of a different gauges can be inserted. When the user rotates the connector body about its longitudinal axis, the interior channel defines a second gauge through which a wire of a second gauge can pass. The connector body has one or more incisions cut into one end of the connector body and a separate cuff that fits over the feed end. The interior channel contains teeth that grip the wire(s) or cable(s) once inserted. The exterior of the connector body has flexible exterior protrusions that can be pushed down when inserting the connector through the knock-out of a housing and spring back into place to secure the connector to the housing.
Grommet and wire harness
A grommet arranged between a pipe and an outer cover that surrounds a braided member connected to the pipe, the grommet including a body with a pass-through space through which a caulking portion of a caulking ring for caulking the braided member to an end portion of the pipe can move in an axial direction.
SWITCHBOARD USING BUSHING TYPE CURRENT TRANSFORMER APPLIED THERETO
The present invention relates to a switchboard using a bushing type current transformer applied thereto. The switchboard using a bushing type current transformer applied thereto, according to an embodiment of the present invention, may comprise: a terminal bushing; a switchboard terminal coupled to the terminal bushing; a metering transformer bushing which is installed or released from the front part thereof through a breaker chamber, covers the switchboard terminal, and is inserted into the terminal bushing; and a metering transformer which is fastened to the metering transformer bushing and disposed on the outer circumference of the metering transformer bushing. The metering transformer includes at least one terminal that faces forward, and the metering transformer bushing may include an opening for exposing the at least one terminal to the front thereof.
GROMMET ASSEMBLY AND WIRE HARNESS
A grommet assembly includes a grommet through which a wiring material is inserted, that is attached to a through hole formed on a panel, and a protector through which the wiring material is inserted, that is attached to the panel to house the grommet. The grommet includes a lip part that is formed toward the panel to abut on the panel, and the protector includes a wall part that is extended toward the panel to cover an outer side of the lip part.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness includes a cable and a holding member. The cable includes a twisted wire, and an insulation coating that coats the twisted wire. The cable has a bent portion. The holding member covers a range of the cable including the bent portion, and retains a shape of the bent portion. The twisted wire is in contact with the holding member at least in a part of the bent portion.
CUSHION FOR IRREGULAR CABLE SHAPES
A cushion for a sealing assembly includes: an inner ring defining a central bore; an outer ring; a transition section connecting the inner and outer rings, an inner sealing rib jutting inward into the cylindrical bore, and hoop members attached above and below the inner ring. A cable is inserted into the cushion, causing at least one of the hoop members to bend inward and create a seal, while another seal is formed via the engagement between the cable and the inner sealing rib.
