Customized insoles for diabetic and pressure ulcers
Disclosed herein are insoles useful for treating skin injuries on a foot, for instance ulcers. The insoles are customizable for each patient's foot and can include various portions of differing softness, depending on the needs of the patient. For instance, it can be beneficial for certain sections of the foot to contact a firmer material, whereas other sections contact a softer material. Some, or all, of the materials can include one or more biofidelic skin simulant materials. Thus, various implementations include one or more regions that can include the same or different materials. For example, a custom insole can include a heel support region, a midfoot support region, and a forefoot support region, and the support regions can be subdivided into medial and lateral support regions or toe regions. One or more regions may have a custom isolation segment to prevent the progression of ulcers and/or expedite wound healing.
SPORTS SHOES
The invention discloses a pair of sports shoes comprising a shoes body, a pressure generating device, a humidity sensor, a controller and a switch valve. A shoes chamber is provided at the heel of the shoes body, and the pressure generating device is arranged in the groove chamber. The upper work end of the pressure generating device is in contact with the lower surface of the insole of the shoes body; the humidity sensor is setted at the upper surface of the insole of the shoes body; the humidity sensor, the controller and the switch valve are electrically connected in turn, and the pressure generating device supplies power to the humidity sensor, the controller, and the switch valve, respectively; the controller controls the pressure generating device to stop or start energizing the solenoid valve tongue of the switch valve to close or conduct the gas passage.
Insole with suspended mesh surface
An insole is provided that is constructed out of a mesh material that is stretched and suspended over a cavity formed in a shoe. The mesh surrounds a foam base and a rigid frame positioned under the foam base. The foam base is shaped so that a cavity is formed between the top surface of the foam base and the mesh positioned over the foam base to provide a trampoline effect for a wearer's foot.

INSOLE
The invention relates to an insole (100) for shoes with a base material, which comprises a sole surface (102) facing the shoe and an opposite foot surface facing the foot, wherein a coating (112) is provided on the sole surface (102), which provides the sole surface (102) of the insole (100) with an increased frictional force with respect to the uncoated sole surface (102), characterised in that the coating (112) is formed from a plurality of individual patterns (120) formed from coating lines (114), which are discrete from one another and are arranged in such a way that they cannot be formed by one or more continuous coating lines (114) miming continuously from a first side (122a) of the sole surface (102) to an opposite second side (122b) of the sole surface (102).
Therapeutic shoe insert
An insole constructed of paper provides a periodic somatosensory stimulation to the sole of the foot thought to provide therapeutic benefit with respect to medical conditions related to the functioning of the nervous system. A corrugated upper paper layer may contact the skin directly and absorb and disperse perspiration. Low cost allows a kit to be provided of insoles each providing a different stimulation pattern for rotation over the week.
Flow insole
An insole which generates an air flow during use, which assists in cooling or warming the foot of a user is disclosed. In a first embodiment, air flow facilitated by said insole provides for convective heat transfer away from the plantar surface of the foot. The insole is intended for insertion into a shoe which is ventilated, preferably an athletic shoe with a ventilated upper. The bottom layer defines a plurality of ridges and a channel lining portion which together define a plurality of air channels. The bottom layer defines a heel recess in which a heel pad is situated. In a second embodiment, an insole which collects, retains, and heats and to a user's foot is disclosed. Said insole further comprises a middle layer of thermal reflective material secured to and coextensive with a top layer and a bottom layer secured to said middle layer.
CLOTHING ITEM COMPRISING SPIDER SILK
Described are spider silk articles of wear. The article of wear, which may be apparel or shoes, includes an inner surface, wherein the inner surface includes an area including spider silk. The spider silk of the article of wear may be arranged to contact the skin of a wearer when the article of wear is worn.
MOISTURE WICKING AND ABSORBING FOOTWEAR OR FOOTWEAR INSERT
A pad material for providing cushioning, guiding absorption and/or evaporation of moisture, or both, including a lofted nonwoven material, such as a carded and lapped fibrous material. The pad material may be adapted for use within an article of footwear. The teachings also pertain to an article of footwear having a sole and an upper, where a portion of the sole, a portion of the upper, or both include the pad material.
