POWER SUPPLY MODULE
The disclosure provides a magnetic element and a power supply module. The magnetic element includes a first and second magnetic column, a first winding formed by sequentially connecting a first upper metal part, a first left metal part, a first middle metal part and a first right metal part, and a second winding formed by sequentially connecting a second middle metal part, a second left metal part, a first lower metal part and a second right metal part sequentially connected. The first left/middle/right metal parts and the second left/middle/right metal parts are formed on a first substrate having a first upper and lower groove in which the first and second magnetic columns are disposed respectively. The magnetic element and the power supply module in the application use circuit boards having symmetric groove structures, the process is simple, thereby facilitating panel production mode, easy for automation, and lowering cost.
Reactor
A reactor including: an assembly that includes a coil and a magnetic core; a case in which the assembly is accommodated; a sealing resin with which the case is filled; and a pushing plate accommodated in the case, wherein the case includes a bottom, a side wall, and at least one groove that is open in an inner surface of the side wall, and the groove of the case includes an opening end provided in an end surface of the side wall of the case that is located opposite to the bottom of the case, and a closed end provided on the bottom of the case with respect to the opening end.
INDUCTOR WINDING GUIDE APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
The invention comprises a method of: providing an inductor core, placing a winding guide within an inch of the inductor core, positioning a first turn element with the winding guide, positioning a second turn element with the winding guide, and mechanically coupling the first turn element to the second turn element to form at least a part of a winding, the winding forming a wrapped shape about the inductor core. Optionally and preferably, turn elements are subsequently joined, mechanically coupled, and/or welded together to form sections of the winding.
COIL MODULE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A COIL ASSEMBLY
A coil module comprises a carrier which has a polygonal basic shape with four to twelve corners and comprises a magnetic material. A coil is arranged on the carrier. The polygonal basic shape is rotationally symmetrical with an angle of 360°.Math.2 divided by the number of corners. To produce a coil assembly, a plurality of coil modules can be connected to each other. This makes it possible to produce an efficient coil assembly for wireless electromagnetic energy transmission in a simple and flexible manner.
Transformer for fastening to a mast of an energy distribution network
A transformer for mounting on a mast of an air-insulated energy distribution network has a core which is protected against corrosion and environmental influences, while at the same time stable retention is provided. The transformer contains a winding block having a solid insulating body, in which at least one upper voltage winding and at least one lower voltage winding are arranged. The winding block delimits a completely peripherally closed central retention opening. Furthermore, a core unit is provided which has at least one magnetizable core and is inductively coupled to each lower voltage winding by each upper voltage winding. The core unit extends through the retention opening via at least one core leg and annularly extends around the winding block on the outside by a ring portion. Retention devices are provided for fastening the ring portion to the mast.
Inductor element
An inductor element includes a first conductive portion, a second conductive portion, and a magnetic core. The first conductive portion includes a first round-about portion, a first mount portion, and a second mount portion. The second conductive portion includes a second round-about portion, a third mount portion, and a fourth mount portion. The magnetic core houses at least a part of the first and second conductive portions so that each mount surface of the first to fourth mount portions is exposed from one side of the magnetic core. The first and second conductive portions are arranged so that the first and second directions are substantially parallel and opposite to each other. The first and third mount portions are at least partially overlapped with each other in a third direction perpendicular to the first and second directions.
WELDED INDUCTOR WINDING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
The invention comprises an apparatus, comprising: an inductor, the inductor comprising: an electrical turn about an inductor core, the inductor core comprising a ring shape; the electrical turn comprising a first width at a first radial distance from a center of the inductor core and a second width at a second radial distance from the center, the second width at least ten percent larger than the first width. Optionally and preferably, the electrical turn comprises: a first cast element and a second cast element and a mechanical connection connecting the first cast element to the second cast element, such as an aluminum weld.
Method of forming a cast inductor apparatus
The invention comprises a method for manufacturing an inductor, comprising the steps of: casting a cast winding comprising an inner cavity; inserting a first inductor core subsection into the inner cavity; inserting a second inductor core subsection into the inner cavity; and mechanically coupling the first inductor core subsection to the second inductor core subsection to form an inductor core wound by the cast windings. The method of manufacturing optionally includes the steps of: forming at least a portion of the cast winding into an arced helical shape; forming the first inductor core subsection and the second inductor core subsection into elements of a torpid shaped inductor core; deforming the cast winding to physically allow the step of inserting the first inductor core subsection into the inner cavity; and/or deforming at least a portion of the cast winding into an arced helical coil shape after the step of inserting.
