COIL DEVICE
A coil device includes a first conductor, a second conductor, and a core. The second conductor is disposed inside the first conductor and at least partly extending along the first conductor. The core internally arranges the first conductor and the second conductor. An insulating layer is formed at least between the first conductor and the second conductor.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness includes electric wires, and an electromagnetic wave suppression member that includes a restricting member and an annular magnetic core, the restricting member being provided to cover a periphery of the electric wires and including an inner wall portion more rigid than the electric wires, and the magnetic core being provided around the inner wall portion. The restricting member includes fixing portions formed to fix the electromagnetic wave suppression member to a fixing target.
FLEXIBLE ELONGATED INDUCTOR AND ELONGATED AND FLEXIBLE LOW-FREQUENCY ANTENNA
The inductor comprises a winding arranged around a core formed by at least two rigid magnetic elements connected in an articulated manner forming an oblong assembly, each comprising: a head end A provided with a circular convex curved surface and a tail end B provided with a circular concave curved configuration, in relation to a transverse axis of the tail, parallel to the transverse axis of the head, and the configuration being complementary to said circular convex curved configuration. The head end A is coupled to the tail end B forming an articulated attachment, and the transverse axes of the head and tail coincide in the coupling area, providing a joint having a variable, adjustable angle, wherein the assembly of said two or more rigid magnetic cores is surrounded by a flexible polymer casing, including magnetic charges that work together to prevent magnetic flux dispersion in the coupling gaps or interstices between the magnetic cores.
Coil Component
A coil component includes a core body, a coil, and a metal terminal. The core body has a mounting surface, an upper surface having a recess, and a side surface. The coil has an embedded part embedded in the core body, and a protruding part protruding from the core body. The metal terminal is electrically connected to the first protruding part of the coil. The first metal terminal has a first plate arranged along the side surface, a second plate connected to an upper end of the first plate and arranged along the upper surface, and a third plate connected to a lower end of the first plate and arranged along the mounting surface. The second plate in the recess has a first arc-shaped part. The recess has a second arc-shaped part. The second arc-shaped part extends along a contour of the first arc-shaped part.
REACTOR
A reactor includes a coil, a magnetic core, and a resin molded portion. The coil includes two winding portions and a linking portion connecting the two winding portions to each other. The magnetic core includes inner core portions disposed inside the winding portions, and outer core portions disposed outside the winding portions. At least one of the two outer core portions includes a composite core. The composite core has a portion protruding upward in the height direction relative to a virtual surface obtained by extending an outer circumferential surface of the inner core portions, and includes a first composite core in which the compact made of the composite material is disposed on an upper side in the height direction, and the powder compact is stacked on a lower side in the height direction. The resin molded portion includes a first outer resin portion covering the first composite core.
REACTOR
A reactor includes an assembly formed by assembling a coil and a magnetic core, a case for accommodating the assembly inside, a grip member for sandwiching the assembly from the bottom plate portion side and the opening side inside the case, and a screw member for fixing the grip member to the bottom plate portion by penetrating into the case from outside of the bottom plate portion. The grip member includes a first piece to be held in contact with a surface of the assembly on the opening side, a second piece to be held in contact with a surface of the assembly on the bottom plate portion side, and a third piece connecting the first piece and the second piece in a depth direction of the case.
Noise current absorber
A noise current absorber includes a pair of split magnetic bodies formed by equally splitting an annular magnetic body into an open annular shape, and a pair of housing parts capable of housing the split magnetic bodies. The pair of housing parts are coupled, and thus the pair of split magnetic bodies are abutted into an annular shape. The pair of housing parts include a first spring and a pair of second springs.
