The elongated, hollow tube comprises a central opening extending along its longitudinal direction. The base structure comprises a lateral opening communicating with the central opening. A first magnetic core piece is installed in the central opening of the elongated, hollow tube. A second magnetic core piece is juxtaposed with the first magnetic core piece. A plurality of electrodes is disposed on a bottom surface of the base structure.

The inductive component comprises a magnetic body and a coil in the magnetic body, wherein a first protrusion and a second protrusion are formed on the bottom surface of the magnetic body, wherein the first protrusion comprises a first electrode disposed on the peak surface of the first protrusion, and the second protrusion comprises a second electrode disposed on the peak surface of the second protrusion, wherein the first electrode and the second electrode are electrically connected to a first end and a second end of the coil, and a space is formed by the first protrusion, the second protrusion and the bottom surface of the magnetic body for accommodating electronic devices.

Inductor component and power supply module

An inductor component includes cores, a coil disposed in the cores, and terminal electrodes. The coil includes first metal plates disposed on an upper surface of the cores, second metal plates disposed on a lower surface of the cores, and a plurality of metal pins each passing through one of the cores in a thickness direction. The coil has a helical shape by connecting the first metal plates to the second metal plates, with the plurality of metal pins therebetween. The terminal electrodes are spaced apart along a direction in which the helical shape extends, and are connected to the coil.

The two pins extends along a first direction and couples to the main body via intermediate segments extending along a second direction; the transformer is electrically connected to the circuit board through the pins; wherein the main body has an opening, and the intermediate segments are positioned at two sides of the opening. The magnetic core assembly includes a middle post, and a coil section of the primary winding and the main bodies of the conductive plates are arranged in a staggered configuration and surround the middle post.

A transformer includes a bobbin. The bobbin includes a main body, a connection member, and a terminal base. The main body is wound by a coil. Two sides of the connection member are respectively connected to the main body and the terminal base. A plurality of connection terminals of the coil extend to the terminal base through a wire trough of the main body and are connected to pins of the terminal base. The connection member is cut off by automated machining, and the terminal base is mounted on a surface of a housing of the transformer, and no pin is disposed on the housing. Hence, the overall size of the transformer is effectively reduced.

A compound line filter includes a bobbin, two coils and a magnetic core. The coils are wound on the bobbin in a state of being separated from each other in an axial direction. The magnetic core includes a closed magnetic path part and a secondary magnetic path part. The bobbin is attached to the closed magnetic path part. The secondary magnetic path part extends from the closed magnetic path part in a direction intersecting with the axial direction and is positioned between the coils in the axial direction. The bobbin includes at least one gear, and the gear is positioned between the coils in the axial direction.

COIL DEVICE

A coil device includes a coil portion and a bobbin. The coil portion includes wires connectable to terminals. The bobbin includes a first terminal block and a second terminal block formed on both sides in a winding axis direction of a cylindrical portion for forming the coil portion around the cylindrical portion. A length of the first terminal block in a width direction perpendicular to the winding axis direction is larger than that of the second terminal block in the width direction.
