Provided is an electric motor which includes an adhesively-laminated core for a stator having excellent productivity and high mechanical strength and that is thus capable of reducing vibration and noise of an electric motor and suppressing iron loss. The adhesively-laminated core for a stator includes electrical steel sheets laminated on each other and each coated on both sides with an insulation coating, and an adhesion part disposed between the electrical steel sheets adjacent to each other in a stacking direction and configured to cause the electrical steel sheets to be adhered to each other. All sets of the electrical steel sheets adjacent to each other in the stacking direction are adhered by the adhesion part, an adhesive forming the adhesion part includes a fast-curing type adhesive and a thermosetting adhesive, and the adhesion part is partially provided between the electrical steel sheets adjacent to each other in the stacking direction.
Drum-type tri-phase transformer and methods for producing same
This new type of transformer comprises a ferromagnetic drum-type core characterized in that the drum core has a plurality of holes or windows parallel to the drum longitudinal shaft to place the windings being the windows arranged close to the periphery of the drum symmetrically distributed at 360° of the circumference, each winding being parallel to the longitudinal shaft of the drum and each one of the windings crossing said longitudinal shaft. The core comprises two main components: a central body and an air gap filling system. The central body is formed by a plurality of silicon steel sheets, stacked one over the other, each of them has slots or spaces on its periphery thereof to place the windings and with an air gap filling system. Said filling system can be: wedge-shaped sheets, set of sheets extending parallel to the shaft of the core or a metal sheet wound around the central body.

In order to provide a method by means of which stacks of laminations can be produced in a simple and efficient manner, it is provided that the method comprises the following: coating one or more laminations with a bonding agent; bonding a plurality of laminations to form a sheet metal laminate by means of a first activation of the bonding agent; dividing the sheet metal laminate to produce a plurality of sheet metal laminate units and/or separating out a plurality of sheet metal laminate units from the sheet metal laminate; and bonding the plurality of sheet metal laminate units to form a stack of laminations by means of a second activation of the bonding agent, one or more parameters differing from one another in the first activation and the second activation.

A value of a parameter Q represented by “Q=([Ti]/48+[V]/51+[Zr]/91+[Nb]/93)/([C]/12)” is not less than 0.9 nor more than 1.1, when contents of Ti, V, Zr, Nb, and C (mass %) are represented as [Ti], [V], [Zr], [Nb], and [C] respectively. A matrix of a metal structure is a ferrite phase, and the metal structure does not contain a non-recrystallized structure. An average grain size of ferrite grains constituting the ferrite phase is not less than 30 μm nor more than 200 μm. A precipitate containing at least one selected from the group consisting of Ti, V, Zr, and Nb exists with a density of 1 particle/μm.sup.3 or more in the ferrite grain. An average grain size of the precipitate is not less than 0.002 μm nor more than 0.2 μm.
