Brush switch with resistors and manufacturing method thereof
A brush switch with resistors includes a case, a fixed contact point pattern that is fixed to the case, a lever that is supported by the case in an inclinable manner, and a movable contact point brush that is movable by an operation of the lever such that the movable contact point either contacts to or does not contact to the fixed contact point. Wherein the fixed contact point pattern has multiple fixed contact points that are disposed separated from one another in the case, and multiple terminals each of which is connected to the multiple fixed contact points, and the movable contact point brush has multiple contact point spring pieces that separate from or contact with the multiple fixed contact points, respectively, and multiple resistors, which have different resistance values, that are attached to spaces between the multiple contact point spring pieces.
Switching device
A switching device includes a housing, an operation member, a plurality of fixed contacts, a plurality of movable contacts, and a snap action mechanism for causing the movable contacts to operate. The snap action mechanism includes a plurality of first drivers in each of which a fulcrum that serves as a pivot point is formed on one end side of a given first driver and in which a given movable contact from among the movable contacts is provided on another end side of the given first driver; a second driver in which a pressing member to be pressed through the operation member is formed on one end side of the second driver and in which fulcrums that serve as pivot points are each formed on another end side of the second driver; and a coupling member integrally coupling the plurality of first drivers to constitute a first drive member.
SPEED-CONTROL SWITCH
Disclosed embodiments relate to a socket. A speed-control switch, including: a housing including a top plate provided with a central opening extending in a length direction; a push rod at least partially contained in the housing, and a first end of the push rod protruding out of the housing from the central opening and capable of sliding in the central opening; a plurality of connection terminals provided in pairs in the housing and configured to: selectively engage with a second end of the push rod opposite to the first end to limit a plurality of speed indications of the speed-control switch; and a speed selection assembly with a part thereof set on the top plate and configured to allow a selection for a plurality of speed indications of the speed-control switch as the push rod slides in the central opening. The speed-control switch can achieve speed switching with a small force. The speed-control switch is suitable for high-power electrical appliances, requires a small number of components, reducing manufacturing costs and assembly time and assembly difficulty.

Rotary bridge micro-switch
Disclosed is a rotary bridge micro-switch. The rotary bridge micro-switch comprises an insulating base, wherein a first terminal, a second terminal and a third terminal are arranged on the insulating base and are spaced from one another by the insulating base; and the insulating base is rotatably connected to a conducting plate having one end abutting against the first terminal. The rotary bridge micro-switch further comprises a spring having two ends respectively connected to the other end of the conducting plate and the insulating base. When the spring is not compressed, the first terminal is connected to the second terminal through the other end of the conducting plate. When the spring is compressed, the first terminal is connected to the third terminal. The rotary bridge micro-switch can be pressed to realize switching between two circuits.
Conducting switch mechanism
A conducting switch mechanism includes a housing, an operating stem is exposed from the housing, a fixed terminal set, a movable terminal module, a fulcrum bar, and an elastic member. The fixed terminal set is fixed on a base of the housing, and includes a pair of constant contact terminals, a pair of first pathway terminals, and a pair of second pathway terminals. The movable terminal module has a first movable terminal, a second movable terminal, and an insulating member. The insulating member partially clads the movable terminals. The structures of movable terminals are integrally stamped. One end of the movable terminals correspondingly abuts against the constant contact terminals, and another end of the movable terminals correspondingly contacts the first pathway terminal or the second pathway terminal. The elastic member is connected between the fulcrum bar and the movable terminal module.
