PUSH-BUTTON SWITCH
A push-button switch may include a housing, an operation unit, a lock lever unit, a transmission mechanism, a movement regulating portion, a contact mechanism, and a first biasing portion. The movement regulating portion enables movement of a lever body to a second position when an end of the operation unit on a housing portion side is positioned at an initial position, and disables movement of the lever body to the second position when the end of the operation unit on the housing portion side is positioned closer to an operation surface than the initial position in a movable direction. The first biasing portion biases the plunger from an operating position toward a return position.
Turn signal reset device
A turn signal reset device for a signal switch assembly of a vehicle includes a return stalk, a tab, and an actuator. A coupler is coupled to a first end of the return stalk and is configured to couple the return stalk to a signal stalk of a signal switch assembly that is coupled to a steering column of a vehicle. A second end of the return stalk, to which the actuator is coupled, is positioned proximate to the steering column. A connector that is coupled to the tab is configured to couple the tab to the steering column so that the tab extends radially from the steering column. Activating the signal stalk positions the actuator to selectively engage the tab as the steering column rotates. The actuator is configured to actuate the signal stalk to reset the signal switch assembly to a neutral configuration.
SWITCH
The problem to be addressed is to provide a highly safe and compact switch that is adapted to improvements in portability, weight reduction and size reduction of machines, or the like. An operating part has a button covering the upper part of a cylindrical housing that receives a downward pushing operation and a rotational operation. A contact unit part has contacts which open by being coupled to the downward pushing operation of the button. A twisting coil spring is disposed on the interior of the button, one end being joined to the housing, and the other end being joined to the button. A latch part disposed to the interior of the twisting coil spring, has a plunger coil spring that expands and contracts in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the downward pushing operation, and when a downward pushing operation is performed on the button, causes a sliding rod to slide along an inner wall of the housing while being displaced in the direction of the downward pushing operation.
Switch device structure
A switch device structure provides an ensuring system to improve the shortcoming of the conventional switch device. The switch device structure includes a main body and an operation button assembled with the main body. The main body defines a chamber in which a base seat is assembled. An operation body and a wire connection module are disposed on the base seat. The base seat is formed with a cavity in which an elastic unit is mounted. The elastic unit includes a fixed section and a free section. In response to the move of the operation body and with the fixed section serving as a fulcrum, the free section of the elastic unit can push a second contact of the wire connection module into contact with a first contact to close the circuit or away from the first contact to open the circuit.
Locking/unlocking structure of a pushbutton switch actuator
A locking/unlocking structure of switch device includes a main body and an operation button. The main body is formed with a first stop section and a second stop section. The main body defines a chamber, in which a reaction drum and a wire connection module are assembled. A first elastic unit is disposed between the reaction drum and the main body for making the reaction drum positioned in an initial assembling position, (where the wire connection module is in a closed-circuit state). The reaction drum is assembled with a restriction unit and a second elastic unit. When the reaction drum moves in response to the motion of the operation button, the second elastic unit will force the restriction unit to move from the first stop section to the second stop section so as to control the wire connection module into an open-circuit state.
Operation switch unit with operation support function, operation unit with operation support function, and operation support system
The emergency stop switch 2 performs an operation support of an operation switch, and not only improves operability and safety but also simplifies the structure to enhance reliability. The emergency stop switch (or operation switch unit) 2 with an operation support function includes an emergency stop button (or operation switch) 21 for switching the state of the contact, a reception part (or detection part) 32 for detecting a remote operation of the emergency stop button 21 and an electromagnetic solenoid (or actuating part) 3 that is disposed between the contact and the emergency stop button 21 and that actuates the emergency stop button 21 on the basis of the remote operation received (or detected) by the reception part 32. The emergency stop button 21 is located on one end side of the emergency stop switch 2 and the contact is located on the other end side of the emergency stop switch 2.
Emergency stop device
An emergency stop device including a control button, an actuation assembly which includes an actuation plunger that cooperates with the control button and an actuation spring mounted between the body of the device and the actuation plunger, a trip plunger designed to cooperate with at least one electrical contact unit and one trip spring mounted between the actuation plunger and the trip plunger and arranged to actuate the trip plunger when the control button is actuated from its rest position to its actuated position, a latching member mounted on the trip plunger, an unlocking assembly including an unlocking ring that is arranged to cooperate with the control button to return it from its released actuated position to the rest position, the unlocking assembly including an unlocking spring mounted between the control button and the body, and arranged to actuate the control button towards its rest position.
Emergency stop mechanism for cable-pull safety switch
A safety switch is disclosed herein. The safety switch may comprise: a housing, wherein the housing comprises a mating cam; a face plate, wherein the face plate is coupled to the housing; and a subassembly coupled to the face plate, wherein the subassembly comprises: a base, wherein the base comprises a slot; a cam, wherein the cam is positioned within the base; a pushbutton, wherein the pushbutton comprises a hole; and a pin positioned through the hole of the pushbutton and the slot of the base; wherein the cam, the base, and the pushbutton are mated together with the pin; wherein the subassembly is not rotatable due to the pin.
