Exercise machine ergonomic handle system
An exercise machine ergonomic handle system for providing hand-holds for the performance of exercises with reduced flexion and/or extension of the hand and wrist and reduced ulnar and/or radial deviation so as to reduce injury and allow application of full strength to the exercise machine. The exercise machine ergonomic handle system generally includes a longitudinally extending frame, a carriage that moves upon a first longitudinal portion of the frame, and at least one pair of ergonomic handles positioned on a second longitudinal portion of the frame. The ergonomic handles rotate about an axis to prevent flexion and/or extension, and can be positioned at a width and/or angle that reduces ulnar and/or radial deviation.
EXERCISE DEVICE AND METHODS
Disclosed is an exercise device having a platform and a roller. The platform has a surface sized and shaped to support a body part of a user and a pair of handles. The roller is coupled to the platform and configured to rotate relative to the platform. The platform is configured to translate in a first direction when the roller rotates in a first direction of rotation and translate in a second direction when the roller rotates in a second direction of rotation.
Two-way reciprocating structure
A two-way reciprocating structure includes a body, a rotational axis assembly, a flexible element and a reciprocating member. The rotational axis assembly is disposed on the body. The flexible element has a first flexible end and a second flexible end, the first flexible end is connected to the rotational axis assembly. The rotational axis assembly is rotated by a force along a rotating direction to wind the flexible element around the rotational axis assembly, and the rotating direction is a clockwise direction or a counterclockwise direction. The reciprocating member has a first reciprocating end and a second reciprocating end. The first reciprocating end is disposed on the body, and the second reciprocating end is connected to the second flexible end and is simultaneously displaced with the second flexible end, wherein the rotational axis assembly is restored via a restoring fore relative to the force provided by the reciprocating member.
Exercise Machine with Multiple Contact Surfaces
An exercise machine with multiple contact surfaces for providing secondary exercise support platforms positioned at various planes relative to the horizontal plane of the primary exercising platforms, the secondary platforms further serving as handles used during the performance of exercises. The exercise machine with multiple contact surfaces generally includes a frame, a carriage movably attached to the rail, and a first support structure and a second support structure attached to the frame near the first end. The support structures each include one or more platforms having an upper surface that is positioned above the base plane of the carriage.
Exercise machine rail system
An exercise machine rail system for improved exerciser mounting and dismounting, improved functional ergonomics, and reduced risk of exerciser injury when using an exercise machine. The exercise machine rail system generally includes either two rails in close relationship which are linked together via connectors or a singular rail. Bias members are disclosed as either extending along either outer side of the rails, internally to the rail, or underneath the rail. Due to the narrow nature of the rails used by the present invention, an exerciser is able to mount and dismount the exercise machine easily and efficiently.
MULTIPLE EXERCISE MACHINE ARRANGEMENT
Provided is a multiple exercise machine arrangement that, according to its characteristics, allows an exercise machine to be created in its own specific portable and mechanical type structure, based on the concept of individualized physical conditioning through a two-part base, bottom supports, intermediary elastics, top two-part bar and top wheel, in order to enable complete optimization in routine procedures practiced through individualized physical conditioning through high versatility in the range of exercises that can be practiced, combined with high strength and mobility of the set as a whole and, based on exercises with great resistance, safety and versatility.
Exercise machine support system
An exercise machine support system for providing increased versatility including inclination or declination of an exercise surface, a reduction in the overall length and width of the exercise machine, and an enhanced user interface which reduces the risk of injury. The exercise machine support system generally includes a cantilevered exercise machine which is adapted to have a variable angle of incline or decline with respect to a horizontal ground surface. The exercise machine will generally include a base and a support which extends between the base and the exercise machine. The upper end of the support is connected to the exercise machine by a first pivot such that the exercise machine pivots about the support. An adjustment device may be utilized to pivot the exercise machine and thus adjust its angle of incline. Various types of adjustment devices are disclosed, including an actuator, ratchet-and-pawl, gears, and cam.
Glute machine
A weight resistance training machine is provided that is used to exercise the glute muscles of a user. The weight resistance training machine includes a carriage member that a user may mount to use the training machine. The carriage member may be mounted on a track system that allows the carriage member to translate linearly when the weight training machine is used. When a foot press bar connected to the carriage member is extended, the carriage member is linear translated by a cable and pulley system to increase the muscle path length during exercise and increase the exercise's efficacy.
EXERCISE DEVICE
An exercise machine to strengthen abdominal muscles may include a first unit and a second unit. The first unit may be adjustably coupled to the second unit. Each of the first unit and the second unit may include a track, an end bridge adjustably coupled to the track towards a first end of the track, a handle disposed proximate an outer surface of the track and towards a second end of the track, a platform slidably coupled to the track and configured to slide along at least a portion of a length of the track between the end bridge and the handle, and a tensioning element. A first end of the tensioning element may be coupled to the end bridge and a second end of the tensioning element may be coupled to the platform. The platform may include a knee adapter configured to accommodate a knee of a user.
