Process for producing a polyurethane foam insole
Described herein is a method for producing a PU foam insole, including the following steps of: (1) pouring the raw materials used to form a PU foam into a mould, reacting to obtain a PU sheet, where the height of the mould cavity is from about 1.0 to about 1.6 times of the total thickness of two finished insoles; (2) splitting the PU sheet into two halves in the horizontal direction to obtain two pieces of PU insole material, where one surface of the material has open pores, and the other surface of the material has a skin; and (3) attaching a piece of fabric onto the surface having open pores of the material obtained in step (2). Also described herein is a PU foam insole produced by the method.
INSOLE
An insole having a soft, resiliently compressible cushioning urethane foam body shaped to be placed inside footwear and to lie be beneath the length and width of the user's foot; the forefoot portion having a forefoot oblong or circular domed pad which is positioned to be under an MTP-1 joint of a user to elevate and cushion the MTP-1 joint of the user by 2 mm to 4 mm thereby supinating the user's foot towards an lateral outer side of the insole. A continuous flexible and minimally compressible support shell attached to the foam body extending from along the perimeter of the insole from the medial edge of the insole from the forefoot pad back to the lateral edge of the rearfoot portion to cradle the heel. The support shell is configured to help stabilize and correct the user's foot position to more properly align the user's kneecap to reduce knee pain.

ORTHOPEDIC SHOE SOLE OR INSOLE AND SHOE FOR PEOPLE WITH HALLUX VALGUS
A sole or insole for an orthopedic shoe for persons with hallux valgus. The sole or insole includes a main part located at least under and supporting the Digitis Pedis II to V and the ball of the foot, and an element movably connected to the main part that is located under and supports the Digitis Pedis I. The main part of the sole or insole includes a cavity under the Digitis Pedis II to V and/or the transverse arch of the foot that contains a hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, electric or other device that causes rotary movement of the moveable element in the horizontal plane laterally away from the main part during a walking movement, in particular caused by the compressive force caused by the wearer’s own weight on the sole or insole.
Balanced Insole Structure with Massage Function
A balanced insole structure with a massage function includes an insole main body and a connecting portion; the arch portion of the insole main body is provided with a convex portion matched with the curvature of the sole of the foot; the connecting portion is connected to two ends on the lower side of the convex portion, thus forming a stabilization cavity through their connection; and the insole main body is also provided with a massage protrusion on its upper surface. In the invention, the provision of the insole main body with the massage protrusion on its upper surface can realize the massage function of the insole.

Footwear customization kit
A footwear customization kit comprises a container including an article of footwear, a stand, a steaming bag and a set of instructions. The article of footwear includes one or more customizable portions that can be deformed when heated, including an upper and a customizable insert. The stand and the steaming bag can be used to heat the article of footwear and the customizable portions in a steam environment. The customizable portions can be modified by a shape of a foot inserted into the article of footwear and can permanently retain the shape upon cooling.

Two-piece insole
An insole comprising a shell component and a chassis component. The shell component comprises support bars that define framing apertures and the chassis component comprises undercut channels that define raised pod sections.
Insole for Shoes
A non-removable insole, that is an integral part of a shoe or other footwear article, includes at least: a top layer, a middle layer, and a bottom layer. The middle layer of the insole has apertures or cavities, that define several discrete storage chambers within the insole. Each storage chamber stores a mixture of two or more particulate materials. The mixture includes one or more materials selected from Group A, which includes natural sand, synthetic sand, artificial sand, kinetic sand, silica, quartz. The mixture further includes one or more materials selected from Group B, which includes: powdered aluminum, powdered titanium, powdered zinc, powdered magnesia, powdered silver, powdered anti-bacterial agent, powdered metal, powdered talcum, grained cork, grained coal, grained wood.
