RELAY
20220293377 · 2022-09-15 ·

A relay includes an electromagnetic drive unit with a rotatable armature and a yoke. The rotatable armature includes a first magnetic contact region and the yoke includes a second magnetic contact region. The first magnetic contact region is in touch with the second magnetic contact region in a first state of the relay. The relay further includes at least one immovable first electric contact and a moveable contact arm with at least one second electric contact. The first electric contact contacts the second electric contact in the first state. The rotatable armature and the moveable contact arm are positioned together on a shaft and the shaft is embodied as a torsional element.

AUTOMATIC DISCONNECTION MECHANISM FOR SWITCHES
20210183590 · 2021-06-17 ·

The invention discloses an automatic disconnection mechanism for switches, comprising a shell, wherein the inside of the shell is hollow, and the shell is provided with a spindle, a cam sleeved on the spindle, a rotary ratchet sleeved on the spindle, a torsional spring sleeved on the spindle, a control ratchet needle that mates with the rotary ratchet, and a limiting mechanism for limiting the rotation range of the cam. The automatic disconnection mechanism of the invention enables the inverter circuit system to remotely disconnect the inverter system circuit without manual operation when it encounters special conditions such as overload and short circuit, which avoids accidents such as burnout of the inverter caused by circuit overload and short circuit and improves the safety of the operator. The automatic disconnection mechanism of the invention and the photovoltaic switch are installed together as an automatic disconnection system for the photovoltaic switch.

BREAKER

A breaker includes a tank, first to third fixed contacts provided inside the tank, first to third movable contacts that are provided inside the tank and are movable, and first to third operation devices provided outside the tank to move the first to third movable, respectively. The first to third operation devices respectively include first to third torsion bars serving as a driving source to move the first to third movable contacts, respectively.

Operating device and circuit breaker

An operating device includes: a lever rotatable about a rotating axis; a first torsion bar extending in a first direction along the rotating axis; a second torsion bar provided inside the first torsion bar, extending along the rotating axis, coupled to the first torsion bar at a portion located farther in the first direction than the lever, and extending from the portion of coupling with the first torsion bar toward a second direction opposite to the first direction beyond the lever; and a third torsion bar surrounding the second torsion bar, having a tubular shape, coupled to the second torsion bar at a portion located farther in the second direction than the lever, and extending from the portion of coupling with the second torsion bar in the first direction.

Actuation system for an electrical switching device

A locking module of an arming system including accumulation device, the module including a lever, second end including a bearing surface, the accumulation device exerting a thrust force on the first end when it is in the armed state; a lock element intended to adopt a first position to oppose the thrust force and a second position to stop opposing the thrust force; the module being characterized in that a shoe fixed to the lever is interposed between the bearing surface and the contact surface when the bearing surface is bearing against the contact surface, the width of the surface of the shoe in contact with the contact surface being greater than the width of the bearing surface.

Twin-roll blocking unit for a triggering mechanism for a switching device

A triggering mechanism is for a switching device, in particular for low-voltage devices and systems, medium-voltage devices and systems, and/or high-voltage devices and systems. The triggering mechanism includes a lever, equipped with two rolls for blocking purposes.

Operating device and circuit breaker

An operating device includes a lever rotatable about a rotating axis, a first torsion bar connected to the lever, and a second torsion bar connected to one end of the first torsion bar. The operating device further includes: a support fixedly supporting the second torsion bar at an end opposite to an end connected to the first torsion bar; a first pedestal portion structured to sandwich the support with a central axis of the second torsion bar interposed, the first pedestal portion supporting the support such that the support is rotatable about the central axis; a second pedestal portion including a penetrating portion extending through the second pedestal portion toward the support; a bolt including a shank passing through the penetrating portion, the bolt being screwed into the first pedestal portion; and a nut attached to the shank between the second pedestal portion and a head of the bolt.
