Exercise machine
An exercise apparatus includes foot docking station comprising a base plate pivotally fixed to a back plate at a hinge. The back plate includes a central pivot rotationally fixed with a foot plate that includes a shin engagement mechanism for engaging the shins of the person. The foot docking station is selectively attachable to a lower bench. A distal leg is fixed with the lower bench at a rotational leg mount, the lower bench including a receiver for engaging an upper bench. A proximal leg is fixed with the upper bench at another rotational leg mount. An auxiliary bench may be fixed with the upper and lower benches.
Exercise Apparatus
The present invention relates to exercise equipment, particularly for improved strength training exercises. More particularly, the invention relates to equipment that allows the user to vary tension when performing different exercises. The present invention is specifically designed for improved exercise through the variability of a tension component for use in such exercises as the plank exercise, sit-ups, push-ups and supine pull-ups that includes a bench area, a guide arm, a head area, and a foot area that work in conjunction to most optimally support the user. The bench area, the head area and the foot area are all connected, supported, and elevated from the floor by a base.
TRICEPS PRESS EXERCISE MACHINE WITH A MOVING USER SUPPORT
An exercise machine for performing triceps press exercises, including a moving user support that supports the user in a seated position. The exercise machine includes a linkage assembly that allows the user support to tilt as the user performs a triceps press exercise. As the user extends his or her arms from the exercise starting position to the exercise ending position, the user support frameand thus the user's torsoreclines progressively backwards. The user's natural reaction to this reclining sensation is to bring his or her head forward, which encourages the user to plant his or her lower back firmly into a stable position against the back pad and in turn reduces the risk of injury associated with excessively arching of the lower back.
PATIENT BED HAVING ACTIVE MOTION EXERCISE
A patient support apparatus includes a frame. The frame includes a first track and a second track. An articulated deck is coupled to the frame. The articulated deck includes a head section, a seat section, a thigh section, and a foot section. The seat section includes a stationary frame coupled to the frame and a moveable frame that is moveable relative to the stationary frame. The moveable frame includes a first roller that moves along the first track and a second roller that moves along the second track when the moveable frame moves relative to the stationary frame.
Hip thrusting exercise machine
A hip thrusting exercise machine is an apparatus that allows a user to safety perform a hip thrusting exercise in a controlled manner. The apparatus includes a backrest, an abdominal brace, a feet brace, an elongated frame, and a recoiling mechanism. The feet brace and the back rest allows the apparatus to properly hold the user's body in place while the user is performing the hip thrusting exercise. The abdominal brace is pressed against by the user's pelvic region in order to perform the hip thrusting exercise. The recoiling mechanism provides the user with physical resistance as the user pushes to raise the abdominal brace from a resting position to a vertically higher position. The coiling mechanism also returns the abdominal brace from the vertically higher position to the resting position so that the user can repeat the hip thrusting exercise.
EXERCISE EQUIPMENT FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF HAMSTRING ECCENTRIC AND CONCENTRIC EXERCISES
The present invention is an inclined apparatus for undertaking exercise for hamstring eccentric and concentric loading and in particular, but not limited to, exercises such as the Nordic Hamstring Exercise, the Russian Hamstring Exercise and Russian curls. The apparatus can be utilised for sports training and preparation, injury recovery and rehabilitation and injury prevention. The main body of the device is so inclined as to ensure that the user does not hyper extend their knee and cause additional injury. The height of the higher end of the device above ground level in conjunction with the leg restraints means that the collateral injuries which may occur when undertaking this exercise regime to the traditional form of dorsiflexion and plantarflexion and indeed laterally in either direction are avoided.
EXERCISE APPARATUS FOR STRENGTHENING LEG MUSCLES
An exercise apparatus for performing a resistance exercise to strengthen leg muscles includes a base and a platform coupled to a top side of the base. A weight support is pivotally coupled to the base and is spaced forwardly of the platform with respect to the base. The weight support is shaped such that the weight support is configured to support a weight. A lever is fixedly coupled to the weight support and pivotally coupled to the base. A foot engagement member is coupled to the lever and is shaped such that the foot engagement member is configured to be pulled toward the platform via a foot of a user.

Portable rehabilitation device and methods of use
The present invention is drawn to a novel multi-segment spine structure comprising a pair of resistance elements connected to the spine at one distal end and a second pair of resistance elements connected to the opposite distal end of the spine. At each distal end, each resistance element is mounted on a lateral support projecting orthogonally from the axis of the spine. As a result, this system anatomically resembles four extremities branching out at each corner of a human torso. Climbing-type exercises while in a supine position can be performed for conditioning a wide variety of major muscle groups. The system further comprises a single strap with two endpoints, where each endpoint is connectable to different portions of the spine assembly. The strap comprises a plurality of hand loops that the user can use, while the user's legs are pushing against the pedals and/or footwear to independently perform abdominal crunches.
