COLLAPSIBLE HIP THRUST EXERCISE APPARATUS
In various exemplary scenarios, some embodiments of the present invention provide a collapsible, user-friendly weighted hip thrust exercise apparatus. Various embodiments of the present invention may consist of a base frame enclosing an exercise space, with an upper body support attached to one end of the frame. The frame may be adjustable in length and/or width in order to accommodate different users. The upper body support may be configured to provide an elevated back rest for the user. In an illustrative example, the upper body support height may be adjustable to accommodate different users. In an exemplary scenario illustrative of various embodiments' usage, a user may sit down in the exercise space enclosed by the frame with the user's upper-back and arms resting on top of the upper body support, placing his or her feet on top of the frame on the other width side. The apparatus may further feature a central resistance band positioned at the user's hip line, coupled to side handles or multiple attachment points, and detent pins to removably lock the apparatus in place for use.
Training apparatus
A training apparatus includes an operating rod, a strength detector, a motion position detector, a strength speed calculator, a boundary line arrival speed calculator, and a motion speed calculator. The operating rod moves a held limb. The strength detector outputs a strength component signal based on a magnitude of a strength component. The motion position detector detects a motion position of the operating rod. The strength speed calculator calculates a strength speed. The boundary line arrival speed calculator calculates a boundary line arrival speed whose absolute value is smaller as a boundary line distance is shorter. The motion speed calculator calculates a lower one of the strength speed and the boundary line arrival speed as the motion speed at which the operating rod should move.
MULTIPURPOSE EXERCISE BENCH
The disclosed exercise benches comprise a rigid structure having an interior cavity, with portions of the structure covered in a durable exercise friendly fabric and an underlayment of foam for padding. The benches have a generally horizontal base for resting on the floor or ground using anti-skid pads. The base is rectangular with the longer sides each connecting to opposed sides having inclined surfaces providing structural support for a generally horizontal top surface. In one embodiment the top surface may be pivotably connected to enable lifting of the top surface engageable with an adjustable support member located in the cavity to hold the top surface in place in an inclined position. In multiple embodiments fasteners, such as a D-rings are positioned on the sides of the bench for attaching to exercise resistance bands. In one embodiment vertical end walls have an opening with a fabric liner formed inwardly forming an interior fabric for storage. A D-Ring fastener may be attached to the end walls to connect to exercise resistance bands. The benches may have interior structures to support speakers incorporated into the benches.
Adjustable heart position pedal exercise machine
An exercise machine with a movable frame seat and pedal to change the level of the user's heart in relation to the pedal.
Bed Exercise Systems and Methods
In an example, a bed exercise system includes a foot pad and first and second elastic connectors. The foot pad includes a rigid support member. The first elastic connector has a first end coupled to a first lateral side of the foot pad and a second end for coupling to a support structure. The second elastic connector has a first end coupled to a second lateral side of the foot pad and a second end coupling to the support structure. When the second ends of the first and second elastic connectors are coupled to the support structure: (i) the foot pad is movable between a first position and a second position relative to the support structure, and (ii) a tension on the first elastic connector and a tension on the second elastic connector increases as the foot pad moves from the first position to the second position.
Hip thrust belt
A belt for use in performing hip raising exercises is provided. The hip thrust belt of the present invention comprises a flexible supporting pad coupled to a flexible belt. Hook-and-loop fasteners are provided on the belt to secure the ends of the belt to dumbbells or other weights including barbell weight plates and kettlebells. The hip thrust belt allows the weights to hang on the outer sides of the user's hip and thereby increases the effort required to perform hip raising exercises. Hip raising exercises are believed to strengthen the gluteal and hamstring muscles.
Isometric system and method of achieving physical health
The present specification discloses an exercise system comprising a stable support purchase, such as a ballet barre, and an unstable support apparatus, such as a ball or a roller, wherein an individual may support a limb on the unstable support apparatus and selectively contact the stable support purchase for balance while performing an exercise, such as a ballet position, and an associated method comprising the steps of positioning at least one limb on the unstable support apparatus and simultaneously performing the exercise.
Exercising Apparatus
Systems and methods for an exercise apparatus are provided and include a flexible elongated member, a binding apparatus, and a motor assembly. The binding apparatus is attached to the flexible elongated member and has a clamping mechanism configured to secure a shoe of a user of the exercise apparatus to the flexible elongated member. The motor assembly is disposed between the shoe and the flexible elongated member and is configured to cause the flexible elongated member to oscillate.
Multiple movement exercise device
An exercise device for allowing multiple exercise movements is provided. The device includes a substantially cube-shaped frame, and a unit for doing exercise movements on at least one side of the frame.
