Tailgate switching device
The present invention provides a tailgate switching device comprising: a housing (100) configured to at least partially allow a flexible operation; a substrate (200) disposed within the housing (100); a switching unit (300) including a switching terminal (330) configured to be at least partially movable within the housing (100) through at least partial pressing of the housing (100) and at least partially disposed on the substrate unit (200) to cause a signal change to occur through the relative movement between the switching terminal (330) and the housing (100)/the substrate unit (200); and a cable (400) directly connected at one end thereof to the substrate unit (200) and connected at the other end thereof to the outside of the housing (100).
Push-button switch device for vehicle
In a push-button switch device for a vehicle including a case fixed to a vehicle body or a lid openably and closably mounted on the vehicle body, a push-button that forms a housing chamber in cooperation with the case and supported on the case configured for a pushing operation, and a switch housed in and fixed to the housing chamber for changing a switching mode thereof in response to a pushing operation of the push-button, a through passage is formed in the case, the through passage having one end part thereof communicating with the housing chamber, and an air vent hole is provided in the case, the air vent hole providing communication between the other end part of the through passage and the outer panel. Such configuration prevents water from entering a housing chamber thereby avoiding deterioration of the push-button, and enabling the housing chamber to breath.
SWITCH DEVICE
A switch device includes an operation button to be push-operated, and a sealing portion for sealing a gap between the operation button and an opening through which the operation button is inserted. The sealing portion may include a ring-shaped first seal that is in contact with the operation button and exhibits sealing properties, and a second seal that is harder than the first seal and is located on the outer side of the first seal. The first seal and the second seal may be integrated so as to form a frame of the sealing portion.
Illuminated switch actuator further surrounded by an illumination structure
A switch that includes an illumination structure that extends at least partially around a perimeter of the switch. The illumination structure being illuminated based on the status of the switch. The switch also including a switch surface that includes a transparent or translucent material that can be illuminated based on the status of the switch. The switch being adapted for use in a wet or damp environment.
Protective housing for configuring a programming module of an industrial product
Apparatus and associated methods relate to a housing having a deformable membrane configured to interface with a programming module of an industrial product, where the deformable membrane includes a waved surface designed to deform under the finger pressure of a human user. In an illustrative example, the housing may be formed of a rigid material (e.g., polyamide) to serve as a protective barrier for the industrial product. The waved surface may have one or more waves (e.g., 7) that may possess certain dimensions and deformation parameters that are designed to allow a user to engage a programming switch via the deformable membrane. A user may advantageously provide input to the programming module via the deformable membrane without having to access the internal areas of the industrial product, thus avoiding the risk of damaging or interfering with the internal mechanisms and systems of the industrial product.
Toggle switch having improved moulded sealing component, and assembly with such a toggle switch and a support panel
A toggle switch includes a hollow base, a switch mechanism, a cover, a bushing extending from the cover, a toggle lever, and a one piece resilient sealing component. The sealing component includes a lever seal surrounding the toggle lever and covering the inner wall of the bushing for sealing a space between the toggle lever and the bushing. A cover seal forms a lower closed sealing ring compressed between the cover and the base for sealing the cover to the base. The one piece resilient sealing component also includes an upper closed sealing ring surrounding the bushing and extending on a portion of the upper surface of the cover for cooperating with a panel for mounting the switch.
BUTTON STRUCTURE AND WEARABLE DEVICE
Disclosed are a wearable device and a button structure applied thereto, the button structure comprises: a housing provided with a mounting chamber, a movable chamber communicated with the mounting chamber and a button hole communicating with the movable chamber; a trigger assembly provided in the mounting chamber; a button assembly comprising a button lever and an operating member, the button lever is movably disposed in the movable chamber, a part thereof is inserted into the mounting chamber and corresponds to the trigger assembly, a rotating groove is provided at an end of the button lever away from the trigger assembly, the operating member has a spherical shape and is movably disposed in the button hole, a part thereof is rotatably accommodated in the rotating groove, the operating member is pressed to drive the button lever for triggering the trigger assembly; and/or is rotated for triggering the trigger assembly.
Switch device
A switch device includes a casing that includes a recessed bearing portion, a rotatable drive member that includes a shaft portion disposed in the bearing portion, a switch driven by the drive member, and a covering member that includes a pressing structure provided so as to press an upper portion of the shaft portion and that is secured to the casing. The covering member includes an operating portion that faces the drive member such that the operating portion is able to press the drive member and that is formed of an elastically deformable elastic material and a base portion that is secured to the casing, that is formed of a synthetic resin material, and that is integrated with the operating portion. The pressing structure is integrated with the base portion and formed of an elastically deformable elastic material.
Protective cover for vehicle button control panel
The protective cover for vehicle button control panel is a protective barrier that is adapted for use with the interior door control panel of an automobile door. The protective cover for vehicle button control panel is a transparent barrier that is placed on top of the interior door control panel for the purpose of protecting the plurality of individual controls. The protective cover for vehicle button control panel is a plastic shield that fits over the interior door control panel such that the control switches of the interior door control panel can be operated through the plastic shield. The protective cover for vehicle button control panel further illuminates the interior door control panel to simplify the operation of the interior door control panel. The protective cover for vehicle button control panel comprises a guard, a lighting system, and an adhesive.
Impact absorbing unitary cover assembly
Apparatus and associated methods relate to a cover assembly having a plurality of ribs integrally formed within an actuator body envelope to increase the resilience of the actuator body envelope against high-pressure water cleaning. In an illustrative example, the actuator body envelope defines an actuator body chamber while an actuator envelope integrally formed with the actuator body envelope defines an actuator chamber. The actuator chamber and the actuator body chamber may adapt to receive an actuator via an insertion aperture at a proximal end of the body envelope. In some implementations, the plurality of ribs may advantageously increase the service life of the cover assembly.
