A power tool includes a housing, a motor disposed in the housing, an output spindle configured to be driven by the motor, an input switch, and a controller configured to control power being delivered to the motor. The controller is operable in one of: (a) a normal mode where the controller causes continuous electric power to be delivered to the motor during actuation of the input switch in a first range of positions; and (b) a feathering mode where the controller causes discontinuous electric power to be delivered to the motor during actuation of the input switch in a second range of positions that is different from the first range of positions motor to simulate feathering the input switch.
TRIGGER SWITCH
A trigger switch may include a first urging member urging a trigger, a shaft including a first end attached to the trigger, a first movable member connected to a second end of the shaft, a second movable member , a second urging member located between the first movable member and the second movable member, and a contact portion to be in contact with the second movable member moved in a depressing direction. In response to a depressing operation on the trigger, the first movable member, the second movable member, and the second urging member move in the depressing direction until the second movable member comes in contact with the contact portion. The first urging member urges the trigger. In response to an additional depressing operation on the trigger with the second movable member in contact with the contact portion, the first movable member moves in the depressing direction, and the second urging member urges the first movable member.

ELECTRONIC SWITCH MODULE AND ELECTRIC TOOL
The invention is suitable for the technical field of electronic circuits, and provides an electronic switch module and an electric tool. The electronic switch module comprises a variable resistor and a first resistor, wherein the variable resistor and the first resistor form a voltage-dividing resistor unit, and the output end of the module is arranged on a connecting line between the variable resistor and the first resistor; one end of the voltage-dividing resistor unit is connected with a power supply, and the other end is grounded; the variable resistor comprises a plurality of second resistors with different resistance values, a conductive member, a first end and a resistance value adjusting member. When the resistance adjusting member slides along the conducting member, the two second resistors provide three different resistance values, so that the loss of the resistors is reduced, and the lightweight design of the product is facilitated.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE, PCB AND ELECTRIC TOOL

Switch for an electric appliance and electric appliance comprising such a switch
The invention relates to an electrical switch (30) for an electrical appliance (2), in particular for a power tool, which has at least two switching contacts (34, 36), which can be jointly moved between a switched-off position (38), in which the switching contacts (34, 36) have no electrical connection to a counter contact (42) of the switch (30), and a switched-on position (40), in which the switching contacts (34, 36) are electrically connected to the counter contact (42). To maintain a contact resistance of the switch (30) at a largely constant value over the service life, it is proposed to arrange and/or design the switching contacts (34, 36) and/or the counter contact (42) such that, when the switch (30) transitions between the switched-off position (38) and the switched-on position (40), the switching contacts (34, 36) successively enter into electrical contact with the counter contact (42) or successively break the electrical contact.
Battery pack
A battery pack is provided including a body having a first wall forming a first face from which a connection port extends for connection to a power tool or a charger, and a second wall forming a substantially planar second face. A finger notch recessed in the second face extends along an elongate axis perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the body.
ACTUATION UNIT FOR A HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE
An actuation unit for a household appliance, preferably an electrically drivable, household appliance, includes an actuation element, having an actuation element base. The actuation element has a protrusion portion extending from the actuation element base, which is inserted into a recess of an actuation button, such that the actuation element and the actuation button have, in an assembled state, a degree of freedom in a direction corresponding to the extension of the protrusion portion and in a further direction.
