The invention is suitable for the technical field of electronic circuits, and provides an electronic switch module and an electric tool. The electronic switch module comprises a variable resistor and a first resistor, wherein the variable resistor and the first resistor form a voltage-dividing resistor unit, and the output end of the module is arranged on a connecting line between the variable resistor and the first resistor; one end of the voltage-dividing resistor unit is connected with a power supply, and the other end is grounded; the variable resistor comprises a plurality of second resistors with different resistance values, a conductive member, a first end and a resistance value adjusting member. When the resistance adjusting member slides along the conducting member, the two second resistors provide three different resistance values, so that the loss of the resistors is reduced, and the lightweight design of the product is facilitated.
Electronic device, PCB and electric tool
The invention provides an electronic device, a PCB and an electric tool; the electronic device comprises a main body, a first electric connecting part, a variable resistor, a speed regulating contact, a reversing electric connecting part, a reversing contact, a speed regulating handle and a reversing handle, the first electric connecting part is connected with the main body in a melt adhesive curing mode, and one end of the first electric connecting part is exposed out of the main body; the speed regulating handle and the main body form a first space, the speed regulating contact and the variable resistor are arranged in the first space, and under the drive of the speed regulating handle, the speed regulating contact and the variable resistor relatively slide; under the driving of the reversing handle, the reversing contact and the reversing electric connecting part relatively slide for reversing.
Push-button switch capable of adjusting output power
A push-button switch capable of adjusting output power includes a housing. The housing includes a contact assembly and a power adjustment assembly therein. The contact assembly includes an upper terminal, a lower terminal and a connecting elastic plate below the upper terminal. A support seat is provided in the housing. An upper end of the support seat is provided with a first bracket. The first bracket is inserted through the connecting elastic plate. The first bracket is provided with a first slot. One end of the connecting elastic plate is fixedly connected to the upper terminal. Another end of the connecting elastic plate is engaged with the first slot. A drive mechanism is provided above the connecting elastic plate for driving the connecting elastic plate downward. The push-button switch has an ergonomic design.
Battery Pack
A method is provided for identifying a battery pack that is operably coupled to a battery charger. The method comprises: measuring voltage at a plurality of designated terminals of a first battery pack while the battery pack is coupled to the battery charger; determining how many of the designated terminals are connected to a reference voltage, such as battery positive; and identifying an attribute of the battery pack based on how many of the designated terminals are connected to the reference voltage.
Speed control switch
A speed control switch includes a base. An upper end of the base is provided with a switch assembly. A side of the base is provided with a PCB board and a slide terminal. The PCB board is provided with a first contact plate. The slide terminal is slidably connected with the first contact plate. The base is provided with a trigger assembly for driving the slide terminal to slide along the first contact plate and to close the switch assembly. The speed control switch can regulate the speed of a motor precisely. The structure is compact to reduce the size of the switch, so that it is convenient for operation.
Switch for an electrical device
The invention relates to a switch for an electrical device, in particular for an electrical tool, comprising a slide control (20) for setting a rotational speed of the electrical device, a switch housing, and at least one circuit board (30) arranged in the switch housing for holding electrical components of the slide control. According to the invention, a movably supported operating element (21.4) of the slide control is inserted into a contact chamber (12) of the switch housing in a sealed manner through a first feed-through (11) and is led out of the contact chamber in a sealed manner through a second feed-through (44.1) in all adjustment positions of the operating element. Thus, a switch that ensures reliable function even under ambient conditions of high contamination is provided.
