A first wire connection portion capable of connecting a conductor portion of a first wire is provided to an end of the first terminal located outside of the housing in an extending direction of the first terminal, and a second wire connection portion capable of connecting a conductor portion of a second wire is provided to an end of the second terminal located outside of the housing in an extending direction of the second terminal.

Surgical tool with ambidextrous safety switch
10483060 · 2019-11-19 · ·

A powered surgical tool with a switch for regulating tool operation. A pair of opposed arms extend outwardly from opposed sides of the switch. The arms move between safety and run states. When the arms are in the safety state, the arms engage a static surface to prevent movement of the switch. When in the arms are in the run state the arms are spaced from the static surface so movement is allowed. The arms are connected together so that the movement of one arm results in simultaneous movement of the other arm.

SAFETY SWITCH FOR A BATTERY PACK POWERED TROWEL

Systems and methods for controlling a power trowel. A power trowel includes a handle including a speed control input, a housing, a shaft connecting the handle and the housing, a safety mechanism located on the shaft, a blade assembly positioned below the housing, a motor located within the motor housing and coupled to the blade assembly, and a controller. The safety mechanism includes a safety lever configured to move in response to an uncontrolled condition of the power trowel. The controller is connected to the motor and the safety mechanism. The controller is configured to drive, in response to actuation of the speed control input, the motor, detect a movement of the safety lever from a first position to a second position, and perform, in response to the movement of the safety lever to the second position, a safety operation.

BATTERY ASSEMBLY AND ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE HAVING SAME
