SWITCH MODULE FOR VEHICLE AND VEHICLE INCLUDING THE SWITCH MODULE
A switch module comprising a switch carrier, and an engine stop knob configured to rotate the switch carrier and to be rotated between a neutral position and an active engine stop position, wherein when the engine stop knob is rotated to the neutral position, the engine stop knob rotates the switch carrier to disengage from first microswitches to allow transmission of current to an engine of the vehicle, and when the engine stop knob is rotated to the active engine stop position, the engine stop knob rotates the switch carrier to engage with the first microswitches to prevent transmission of current to the engine. The switch module further comprises an engine start knob actuatable to engage with a second microswitch in the neutral position of the engine stop knob to start power generation process of the engine.
Bicycle operating device
A bicycle operating device comprises a base member, a user interface member, an electrical switch, and a transmitting structure. The user interface member is movably mounted to the base member to move relative to the base member in a first direction. The electrical switch is mounted to the base member. The transmitting structure is provided between the user interface member and the electrical switch to transmit a first movement of the user interface member in the first direction to the electrical switch in a second direction different from the first direction.
Handle switch for vehicle
A handle switch for use on a vehicle includes a plurality of switches for operating electric devices on a vehicle. The handle switch is mounted on a switch case fixed to a handlebar of the motorcycle, wherein the plurality of switches include a composite switch having a plurality of operating directions and other switches having less operating directions than the composite switch. The composite switch is disposed on the switch in a position closer to a center of a vehicle body, and the other switches are disposed in a position between a handle grip fixed to an end of the handlebar and the composite switch. The composite switch has an operating portion is directed rearwardly of the vehicle body. The operating portion of the composite switch includes a four-way switch as a plural-direction operator projects rearwardly of the vehicle body.
Universal control handle
A control handle with a mounting portion, having an upper mounting portion and a lower mounting portion. An upper removable portion forms a substantially spherical portion with the upper mounting portion. A control plate is disposed between the upper mounting portion and the lower mounting portion, and control buttons are disposed on the control plate. A lower removable portion forms a substantially cylindrical portion with the lower mounting portion.
Handlebar-mounted switch device for a saddle-type vehicle, and vehicle including same
A handlebar-mounted switch control device includes switch activation buttons which respectively correspond to specific switches, and which are arranged on surfaces of a switch case adjacent to a grip in an end portion of a handlebar. Two switch activation buttons are disposed on a front outer surface of the switch case. The two switch activation buttons are configured and placed in such a way so that a rider can easily recognize which of the two switch activation buttons the rider touches. The second switch activation button is placed above the first switch activation button, and inward of the first switch activation button in a vehicle width direction. A guide surface inclining to extend inward in the vehicle width direction toward an upper side is formed on a side surface of the switch case which is above the first switch activation button, and which faces the grip.
OPERATING DEVICE OF HUMAN-POWERED VEHICLE
An operating device comprises a base, a first electric switch, a second electric switch, a third electric switch, a first operating structure, and a second operating structure. The first operating structure is movably arranged with respect to the base to activate the first electric switch as the first operating structure moves from a first rest position to a first intermediate position and to activate the third electric switch as the first operating structure moves from the first intermediate position to a first operating position. The second operating structure is movably arranged with respect to the base to activate the second electric switch as the second operating structure moves from a second rest position to a second intermediate position and to activate the third electric switch as the second operating structure moves from the second intermediate position to a second operating position.
Vehicle handle switch and vehicle incorporating same
In a switch case of a handle switch of a vehicle, first to fourth operation elements are disposed on a case below an axial line of a handlebar of the vehicle. The first to third operation elements overlap with each other, when viewed in rear view, and are each disposed in such an accessible range as to be operable by a rider with a thumb in a state in which the rider puts a left hand on a handle grip attached to the handlebar. The fourth operation element is provided on the center side of the vehicle body in the direction along the axial line. Such vehicle handle switch allows improvement in the operability for a rider.
Safety switch for a battery pack powered trowel
Systems and methods for controlling a power trowel. A power trowel includes a handle including a speed control input, a housing, a shaft connecting the handle and the housing, a safety mechanism located on the shaft, a blade assembly positioned below the housing, a motor located within the motor housing and coupled to the blade assembly, and a controller. The safety mechanism includes a safety lever configured to move in response to an uncontrolled condition of the power trowel. The controller is connected to the motor and the safety mechanism. The controller is configured to drive, in response to actuation of the speed control input, the motor, detect a movement of the safety lever from a first position to a second position, and perform, in response to the movement of the safety lever to the second position, a safety operation.
