Wall Mounted Exercise Rack System
A retractable wall mounted exercise rack system for providing an exercise rack that may be easily and compactly stored when not in use. The retractable wall mounted exercise rack system generally includes one or more brackets attached to a wall, a pair of support members, and a plurality of arms pivotally extending from the brackets and pivotally connecting to the support members. One or more actuators are connected between the brackets and the arms to assist in lifting the structure into a compact retracted position for storage.
Exercising device with adjustable height
An exercising device includes two support seats and a holding member. Each of the support seats includes a transverse bar, a first mounting tube located on the transverse bar, and a second mounting tube located on the transverse bar. An angle is defined between the first mounting tube and the second mounting tube of each of the support seats. The first mounting tube of each of the support seats has an extension length different from that of the second mounting tube. The holding member includes a grip portion and two connecting portions located at two ends of the grip portion. Each of the connecting portions of the holding member is respectively inserted into any one of the first mounting tube and the second mounting tube of each of the support seats.
ASSISTED CHIN/DIP EXERCISE APPARATUS WITH ADJUSTABLE CHIN-UP/PULL-UP HANDLES
An assisted chin/dip exercise apparatus has a main frame and an assist or foot bar pivotally mounted on the frame and linked to a weight stack or resistance for assisting a user standing on the foot bar during performance of chin and dip exercises. The main frame has a first, overhead handle assembly and a second, dip handle assembly below the first handle assembly. The first handle assembly includes a pair of adjustably mounted handles freely pivotable between a first, chin-up position in which the handles extend towards one another at a rearward angle with a small spacing between the handles and a second, pull-up position in which the handles extend in a forward direction and are spaced apart by a larger spacing sufficient to provide head clearance for a user stepping onto the foot bar or while performing a dip exercise.
Retractable wall mounted exercise rack system
A retractable wall mounted exercise rack system for providing an exercise rack that may be easily and compactly stored when not in use. The retractable wall mounted exercise rack system generally includes one or more brackets attached to a wall, a pair of support members, and a plurality of arms pivotally extending from the brackets and pivotally connecting to the support members. One or more actuators are connected between the brackets and the arms to assist in lifting the structure into a compact retracted position for storage.
Mountable Exercise Machine
A mountable exercise machine is a device that is utilized to perform exercises based on elastic resistance and bodyweight. The device includes a first mounting bracket and a second mounting bracket and may be mounted to a door, wall, or similar surface or structure. A first resistance assembly and a second resistance assembly provide elastic resistance when performing exercise. The user is able to grasp a first handle and a second handle when performing upper body exercises. The first resistance assembly and the second resistance assembly may additionally include an ankle strap for performing lower body exercises. At least one harness strap may be utilized to perform suspension and other bodyweight exercises using the device. An upper door bracket and a lower door bracket allow the device to be mounted to a door instead of a wall or similar surface.
Swing training apparatus and method
A resistance training apparatus and method for providing a plurality of training vectors having points of origin variable by direction and elevation to a trainee. The apparatus may accommodate a plurality of trainees and provide multiple training vectors to each trainee. In one embodiment the apparatus includes a base forming the training area and a pair of tower assemblies, each providing members for attachment to the harnesses worn by the athlete. In another embodiment the apparatus provides at least sixteen training vectors to a trainee. Each of the members providing the training vectors are independently adjustable such that balanced or unbalanced loading may be applied simultaneously to a trainee from multiple directions and multiple planes.
Portable multi-functional upright body stretching apparatus
An apparatus for stretching comprises a body holder for connecting to a support device (e.g., a frame or ball joint). The body holder includes a body support panel for receiving an upper portion of user's body, a left arm holder for receiving a left arm, and a right arm holder for receiving a right arm. The left arm holder and the right arm holder are pivotally connected to the body support panel. The body support panel can have an ergonomic curved surface to approximate a part of user's torso. The left arm holder can also have a curved surface to approximate a portion of left side of a user's torso and at least a portion of left arm. Similarly, the right arm holder can have has a curved surface to approximate at least a portion of right side of the user's torso and at least a portion of right arm.
COLLAPSIBLE GYM EQUIPMENT
A portable bodyweight exercise device is disclosed, which collapses into a neat and compact folded slate. The device is simple to use, relatively inexpensive, an is self-contained and useful in virtually any environment and without need of other materials or conditions. The primary functionalities stem from device's provision of an elevated weight-bearing anchorage from which to suspend all of part of one's weight, either by direct contact or through connecting equipment such as webbing straps. This allows for a variety of exercises to be performed for every major part of the body and can obviate use of expensive larger home gym equipment or commercial gym membership. In addition to muscle development, the device is favourable to other health and fitness purposes such as physiotherapeutic and palliative care.
