A portable exercise apparatus utilized for exercising, stretching, and training multiple muscle groups of the body of a user. The apparatus is adapted to be worn about the waist or carried as a bandolier about the user's body. The apparatus has at least one releasably closable pocket and fixation rings for securing and carrying accessories, such as attachable handles, suspension lines, and elastic bands. The apparatus and methods of use provide the user with a plurality of configurations for assisted exercise regimens and the flexibility to exercise anywhere.

A fitness apparatus for enabling numerous different fitness routines on a single piece of apparatus and having two side assemblies each having upright metal bars of hollow tubular construction each having fastening holes along its length, generally L-shaped junction portions of said upright bars of similar hollow tubular material and having fastening holes therealong, cross members extending between the two side assemblies holding them in spaced apart locations, floor rests on both side assemblies, a first fitness exercise attachment secured to one of the side assemblies, and, a second fitness exercise attachment, different from the first fitness exercise attachment, secured to the other side assemblies.

These apparatuses can support the user at an oblique body angle while the user performs various movements.

An exercise device includes a lower base and an upper platform with a support frame extending angularly therebetween. The angularly extending support frame extends between the lower base and the upper platform at an angle sufficient to allow for a user to position their body in a generally vertical plank position and hold their body in a straight line, angled relative to the floor between approximately 85 degrees to approximately 75 degrees. An exercise system may include a discrete upper platform and a discrete lower plank positioning platform, each of which are removably mountable to a support frame. The support frame, for example, may be a part of another exercise device or may be a discrete stand-alone support frame specifically configured for exercise system

The apparatus and methods of use provide the user with balanced loading options and the flexibility to exercise anywhere.

There is described a parallel bar exerciser suitable for simulating a horizontal ladder comprising a plurality of hand-bars; each hand bar being linked to a drive member said drive member being operably linked to a drive means.

A pelvis exercising system including: a movable seat, sized and shaped to support a user by his pelvis; a vertical supporter which supports the seat above the ground; a flexible connector mounted between the vertical supporter and the seat; wherein, the seat comprises a front portion and a rear portion extending upwardly away from a central arch, each of the rear and front portions comprises a length which is long enough to support a front portion and rear portion of the user's pelvis, while not significantly restricting the abdomen and lower back from bending in relation to a sagittal plane of the seat. A sensor positioned to measure movement of said seat relative to a base, wherein the sensor provides measured values of the seat relative to the base to a processor; and the processor controls a device based on the measured values. An exercise training device for connection to a laterally extending overhead bar and use in modifying a toes to bar exercise, including at least one bar mounting assembly, an elongated, laterally extending target portion, and a spacer portion connected at a first end to and extending longitudinally away from the at least one bar mounting assembly, and removably connected at an opposed second end to the elongated, laterally extending target portion. Also disclosed is a method of positioning an exercise training device on a laterally extending overhead bar to modify a toes to bar exercise, including connecting to the laterally extending overhead bar an exercise training device having the aforementioned structure, and adjusting the exercise training device to extend downward and forward from the laterally extending overhead bar.

Example aspects of a stretching apparatus and a method of stretching are disclosed. The stretching apparatus can comprise an elongate support bar defining a bar first end and a bar second end opposite the bar first end; and a neck stretching attachment coupled to the elongate support bar, the neck stretching attachment comprising a head strap, a chin strap, and a bar attachment, wherein each of the head strap and chin strap comprises a flexible, inelastic material, and wherein the elongate support bar engages the bar attachment between the bar first end and the bar second end.

A pull up system including a bar member a support assembly. The bar member is coupled to the support assembly and the support assembly is attachable to an outside surface. A bar locking fastener is likewise disclosed, as is a support assembly for a pull up system.
