METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SWITCH CAP, SWITCH CAP, AND SWITCH DEVICE
A switch cap for a switch device that can reduce a pressing error of a switch is provided. A three-dimensional first cap main body moves by a force applied to a first abutting portion from a finger which is an operator. A first sensor is disposed in the first cap main body, and detects abutting or approach of the finger to the first abutting portion. A first transmission member is fixed to the inside of the first cap main body, and moves together with the first cap main body for first switching to transmit movement of the first cap main body to a push button which is a predetermined location of a switch device. A first sensor is formed in a flexible printed circuit board (FPC) disposed in the first cap main body, and the FPC is fixed by the first transmission member and the first cap main body.

SWITCH DEVICE
A switch device according to one or more embodiments is disclosed that may include a pressing member, an urging member, fixed contacts, at least one movable contact swingable in a direction intersecting with a movement direction of the pressing member and connecting and disconnecting between the fixed contacts.
The pressing member includes a slider portion extending in a direction oblique to the movement direction and slidable along the movable contact. The movable contact is pressed by the slider portion in the pressing member sliding to swing and come in contact with and separate from at least one of the fixed contacts in response to the pressing member moving from a reference position to a pressed position.
KEYSWITCH ASSEMBLY
A keyswitch assembly includes a switch module, a support mechanism, a blocking mechanism, an enhancing light source, and a backlight source. The switch module includes a substrate, a signal generator, and a signal sensor. The signal generator generates a sensing signal. The signal sensor receives the sensing signal to obtain a sensing strength. The support mechanism is disposed on the substrate. The blocking mechanism is disposed on the substrate and has a light-permeable portion. A portion of the blocking mechanism inserts into or escapes from a gap between the signal generator and the signal sensor. The backlight source is disposed on the substrate and located outside the vertical projection of the blocking mechanism on the substrate. The enhancing light source is disposed on the substrate and located within the vertical projection of the blocking mechanism on the substrate and corresponds to the light-permeable portion.
