Multipolar switch

A multipolar switch includes a first electrical contact zone connected to a first electrical circuit, and a second electrical contact zone connected to a second electrical circuit. In addition, a first part made from an electrically conducting material is arranged on and at a distance from the first electrical contact zone, and a second part made from an electrically conducting material is arranged on the first part. An electrically insulating layer is arranged between the first part and the second part so as to electrically insulate them from one another. So configured, the first part is configured to be elastically deformed when being mechanically solicited in an actuating direction of the multipolar switch, and the second part is configured to be elastically deformed or be displaced in the actuating direction of the multipolar switch, between a rest configuration and an activated configuration.

A dome-shaped push switch includes a sheet and a conducting layer disposed at a low surface of the sheet. The sheet has a pressing portion arching upward. The conducting layer is disposed at a lower surface of the sheet. The conductivity of the sheet is greater than that of the sheet. The pressing portion includes at least one through hole penetrating through the pressing portion. The through hole has a side wall, the side wall sequentially has a shear surface and a tear surface from bottom up, and a fillet is provided between the shear surface and a lower surface of the pressing portion.

Provided are a switch module and a push switch that have a soft sensation when pressed. A push switch and a switch module have a substrate, a first fixed contact point disposed on the substrate surface, a second fixed contact point disposed around the first fixed contact point on the substrate surface, a convex dome-shaped upper spring disposed on the substrate surface so that an end part is in contact with the second fixed contact point, the upper spring being pressed so as to invert the dome shape and to establish conduction between the first fixed contact point and the second fixed contact point, and a lower spring disposed below the upper spring, the lower spring adjusting the operation load applied to the upper spring during inversion of the dome shape.

The first fulcrum portion is disposed on one side of the first pressing member to contact the housing, the first load portion is disposed on another side of the first pressing member to press the movable contact member, and the first effort portion is disposed between the first fulcrum portion and the first load portion. Upon the first effort portion being pressed through the opening, the first load portion presses and inverts the dome of the movable contact member, and the movable contact member contacts the fixed contact member.

A push switch includes a housing, a fixed contact member, a movable contact member, and a first pressing member. The housing includes an opening and a compartment, the movable contact member includes a dome that protrudes toward the opening and is invertible, and the first pressing member includes a first fulcrum portion, a first load portion, and a first effort portion. The first fulcrum portion is disposed on one side of the first pressing member to contact the housing, the first load portion is disposed on another side of the first pressing member to press the movable contact member, and the first effort portion is disposed between the first fulcrum portion and the first load portion. Upon the first effort portion being pressed through the opening, the first load portion presses and inverts the dome of the movable contact member, and the movable contact member contacts the fixed contact member.

DEVICE FOR DETECTING MANIPULATION OF AN OBJECT

The invention relates to a device (2) for detecting manipulation on an object comprising an actuating switch (22) which has a snap-action disk (220) which can be switched between a first position and a second position, and an actuating element (21) which has a body (210) and an actuating stud (211), projecting from the body of the actuating element (21), for acting on the snap-action disk (220), wherein the actuating stud (211) has a first stiffness. According to the invention a contact element (213), arranged on the actuating stud (211), acts on the snap-action disk (220), wherein the contact element (213) has a second stiffness which is greater than the first stiffness.

DEVICE FOR DETECTING MANIPULATION OF AN OBJECT

The invention relates to a device (2) for detecting manipulation on an object comprising an actuating switch (22) which has a snap-action disk (220) which can be switched between a first position and a second position, and an actuating element (21) which has a body (210) and an actuating stud (211), projecting from the body of the actuating element (21), for acting on the snap-action disk (220), wherein the actuating stud (211) has a first stiffness. According to the invention a contact element (213), arranged on the actuating stud (211), acts on the snap-action disk (220), wherein the contact element (213) has a second stiffness which is greater than the first stiffness.

BUTTON STRUCTURE OF INPUT DEVICE

A button structure of an input device, including a circuit board, a dome element, and a trigger, is provided. The dome element is disposed on the circuit board, and is electrically conductive and elastic. The trigger is disposed at a center of the dome element, and is electrically insulative and flexible. The trigger has a conductive layer facing the circuit board. The dome element is configured to be pressed to drive the conductive layer of the trigger to abut against a trigger circuit of the circuit board to generate a trigger signal.
