Assembly Comprising a Normally-Open Electrical Switch and a Control Blade for Controlling Its Change of State Which Keeps It Closed at Rest
An assembly includes an electrical switch and an elastically deformable control blade for controlling change of state of its trip member. The control blade comprises: (i) a fixing branch; (ii) an actuation branch which, in the absence of application of an actuation effort, stresses the trip member in the direction of closure of the electrical switch, and (iii) a control branch which can pivot about an axis to provoke tilting of the actuation branch against its elasticity to keep the electrical switch in an open free state. The assembly may include a locking device for locking the control blade in an initial position of delivery of the assembly. The unlocking of the control blade may be provoked automatically upon a first application of an actuation effort on the control blade.
Electronic device and electronic device manufacturing method
Various embodiments relating to an electronic device including a key module are disclosed, and according to one embodiment, a portable electronic device comprises: a front glass cover defining the front surface of the electronic device; a rear cover defining the rear surface of the electronic device; a bezel surrounding a space defined by the front cover and the rear cover, the bezel being integrally formed with or separately formed from the rear cover, the bezel including a portion including an opening; a display device built in the space and including a screen area exposed through the front cover; and a plate including a plane parallel to the front cover within the space, wherein the opening penetrates from the outside of the bezel toward the space in a first direction. The electronic device comprises: a key having a size and a shape that can pass through the opening, the key being movably inserted in the opening and including a first surface facing the first direction; a support structure mounted on the plate or a portion of the bezel and including a hole through which the key passes; a dome button mounted on the support structure and arranged to face the first surface of the key and the hole so that the key can be pressed when moving in the first direction; and a waterproof structure including a flexible material. The waterproof structure may comprise: a first portion located between the first surface of the key and the dome button; and a second portion extending from the first portion and inserted between the support structure and the bezel, the second portion sealing a space between the support structure and the bezel so as to waterproof the space. Other various embodiments are also possible.
SPRING AND SWITCH
A spring has a dome portion having a dome shape bulging convexly, an outer peripheral portion disposed along the entire periphery of the dome portion, first and second support portions disposed at both ends of the outer peripheral portion, a valley bending portion disposed between the dome portion and the outer peripheral portion, and bent concavely upward, a first crest bending portion disposed between the outer peripheral portion and the first support portion, and bent convexly upward, and a second crest bending portion disposed between the outer peripheral portion and the second support portion, and bent convexly upward, wherein the outer peripheral portion includes a first and second side end portions which are not connected with the first and second support portions, and the valley bending portion disposed between the dome portion and the first and second side end portions extends linearly or curved inwardly in a longitudinal direction.

MOVABLE CONTACT POINT, SWITCH WITH MOVABLE CONTACT POINT, AND EMBOSSED TAPE FOR CONTAINING MOVABLE CONTACT POINT
A movable contact includes a conductive member having an outer end having substantially a rectangular shape when viewed from above the conductive member. The conductive member includes a dome portion, a flange extending in a direction away from the dome portion, a connection portions provided at each of four corners of the rectangular shape, and a contact portion extending away from the flange. The connection portion, a first boundary portion where the connection portion is connected to the flange, and a second boundary portion where the connection portion is connected to the contact portion may constitute a drawn portion. Alternatively, the first and second boundary portions may be curved to be concave toward the dome portion.
SWITCH CONSTRUCTION
A switch assembly including a switch and a connector, the switch and the connector being configured to interlock, and the switch includes a connection extending at least partially along a center axis of the switch, the connection being configured to receive at least a part of the connector.
Membrane keyboard structure and conductive method of same
A membrane keyboard structure and a conductive method thereof allows a first surrounding portion of a first flexible circuit layer to be deformed to pass through an through hole to be in direct contact and conduction with a second surrounding portion temporarily when it is pressed through the coordination of a first flexible sheet body, first flexible circuit layer configured on the first flexible sheet body, spacer layer positioned on one side of the first flexible sheet body adjacent to the first flexible circuit layer, second flexible sheet body configured on one side of the spacer away from the first flexible circuit layer and second flexible circuit layer configured on one side of the second flexible sheet body adjacent to the spacer layer. Whereby, the present invention can achieve the contact and conduction anywhere to make the use thereof easier and more convenient.
