SEALED TAILGATE HANDLE ASSEMBLY
An embodiment is directed to a sealed tailgate handle assembly having a housing and a circuit board positioned in the housing. A switch is positioned in the housing and is configured to complete an electrical circuit path on the circuit board. Resin material encompasses the circuit board, with the resin material configured to seal the connection between the circuit board and the switch. An inner cover is movable between an initial position and a second position. A resilient member extends between the inner cover and the resin material. An outer cover has a deformable upper wall. Upon an application of a force to the upper wall, the inner cover is moved from an initial position to the second position, causing the inner cover to engage the switch, causing the switch to complete an electrical circuit path on the circuit board to release a tailgate
PUSH-BUTTON SWITCH WITH GOOD BALANCE
A push-button switch with good balance, including a base, a cover covering the base, a press core, a torsion spring, a conductive assembly and a press core slider, which are respectively arranged on the base. A guide pillar provided with guide hole is protruded upwardly from a center of the base. Two baffles are arranged on the base and at opposite sides of the guide pillar to form an annular receiving slot provided with a balance rod assembly formed by a first and a second balance rod cross-connected with each other, two crossing junctions of which are limited by a positioning slider. A cylinder is protruded downward from a center of an annular slot formed at a lower end of the press core. The cylinder and the guide pillar are respectively inserted into the guide hole and the annular slot. The guide pillar is sleeved with a spring.
Swipe gesture detection device and method for determining a swipe gesture performed on a moving surface element of a vehicle component
A swipe gesture detection device may determine a swipe gesture performed on a moving surface element of a vehicle component. The swipe gesture detection device includes a spring, which applies a pre-loading between the moving surface element and a housing element of the vehicle component. The swipe gesture detection device also includes a contactless measuring distance sensor having at least three sensor elements arranged in different positions for detecting a respective distance between the surface element and the housing element.
Waterproof board switch and method of manufacturing waterproof board switch
A waterproof board switch includes a print circuit board, a bottom coverlay, an insulation adhesive film having a dome hole and being thermo-compression bonded to the front surface of the print circuit board, a metal dome inserted into the dome hole, and a top coverlay coupled to the insulation adhesive film and the print circuit board to cover the dome hole and surround sides of the insulation adhesive film and sides of the print circuit board. The top coverlay is thermo-compression bonded to the top of the insulation adhesive film, the sides of the insulation adhesive film, and the sides of the print circuit board by thermo-compression bonding to seal a space on which the metal dome rests, thereby preventing an introduction of contaminant into the metal dome and the print circuit board.
Keyswitch structure and lift mechanism thereof
A keyswitch structure includes a base, a keycap, a lift mechanism and a light-emitting part. The lift mechanism includes a first support, a second support, and a spring structure. The first support and the second support are connected to and between the base and the keycap, so that the keycap can move relative to the base in a vertical direction. The spring structure is a single structural part and is connected to the first support and the second support and drives the first support and the second support to lift the keycap in the vertical direction. The lift mechanism as a whole defines a central space that extends through the whole lift mechanism in the vertical direction. The spring structure does not enter the central space. The light-emitting part is disposed on the base corresponding to the central zone, and emits light to illuminate the keycap.
KEY SWITCH DEVICE
A key switch device includes a base, a button mounted on the base so as to be contactable and separable, an elastic body disposed between the base and the button and configured to urge the button in a direction away from the base, and a linear reinforcement member provided on the button and configured to prevent the button from being inclined when the button is operated in a direction toward the base. An outer surface portion of the button includes a recessed support portion in which a part of the linear reinforcement members is disposed.
Electronic switch module with oppositely-arranged power switches and discrete heat sinks
An electronic module is provided including a circuit board defining a longitudinal axis and having a first surface and a second surface. A module housing is provided having a bottom surface and side walls extending from the bottom surface to form an open face through which the circuit board is received. Power switches configured as an inverter circuit to drive an electric motor are mounted on the second surface of the circuit board facing the bottom surface of the module housing, and a series of heat sinks are discretely mounted on the first surface of the circuit board facing the open face opposite the power switches. Potting material is disposed in the distance between the circuit board and the bottom surface of the module housing to cover the power switches. Thermal vias are disposed through the circuit board between corresponding ones of the heat sinks and the power switches.
Button locking device
A button locking device includes a panel, a button installed on the panel, a bottom plate installed under the button, a first cylinder spring installed between the button and the bottom plate for resetting the button, an actuator assembly installed between the panel and the bottom plate, a toggle member installed under the button and pushed by the actuator assembly to rotate from a first position to a second position and rotated from the second position to the first position. At the first position, the toggle member stops the button from moving downward. At the second position, the toggle member allows the button to move downward. The present invention has the features of simple structure, convenient operation, low power consumption, high safety, and broad scope of applicability.
Switching device and image forming apparatus
A switching device includes a keytop and a switching part. The keytop is exposed from an opening of an exterior cover of a housing. The switching part is pushed by the keytop. The switching part includes a head portion on which a pushing operation is received and a cover portion covering the opening of the exterior cover around the head portion. The cover portion forms an exterior appearance of the housing together with the exterior cover.
Strip light switch
A strip light switch includes an insulative housing with terminal grooves and positioning grooves defined in an accommodation chamber therein, a terminal set including at least one first terminal, at least one second terminal and multiple third terminals mounted in the terminal grooves and multiple mating connection terminals detachably mounted in the positioning grooves in a replaceable manner for conduction with the third terminals, a conductive shrapnel mounted in the accommodation chamber, and a press device including a cylindrical press block supported on the conductive shrapnel pressable by a user to force the conductive shrapnel in conducting the first and second terminals, conducting plates mounted in the cylindrical press block and disposed in contact with the conducting plates of the mating connection terminal and a light-emitting component mounted in the cylindrical press block for electrical contact with the conducting plates.
