SWITCH
Provided is a switch that can be downsized. A switch is provided with a plunger, two upper torsion springs that bias the plunger in a returning direction, housing-side contacts, and plunger-side contacts. One of the upper torsion springs is arranged on one side of a plane that includes an axis passing through a central portion of the plunger, and that is perpendicular to perpendicular lines M connecting the plunger-side contacts and the axis, and the other one of the upper torsion springs is arranged on the other side of the plane.
SWITCH
Provided is a switch that can be downsized. A switch is provided with a plunger, and an upper torsion spring configured to bias the plunger in a returning direction. The torsion spring has a first arm that extends to the plunger and abuts against the plunger. The plunger has a hole at a position into which the first arm is inserted. The hole is a through hole extending in a direction that is perpendicular to a direction in which the plunger moves, and is the same as a direction in which the first arm extends when viewed in the direction in which the plunger moves.
SWITCH
Provided is a switch with excellent operability. A switch is provided with a plunger, a lower torsion spring in which a biasing direction changes according to the movement of the plunger. The lower torsion spring biases the plunger in a returning direction when the plunger is in a reference position, and biases the plunger in a direction different from the returning direction when the plunger is in an operation position.
Switch assembly and method of operating same
A switch assembly and method of operation comprises a housing having top and bottom ends spaced about a longitudinal axis and a selectively movable knob coupled to a plunger arrangement having a shaft that extends from inside the housing to couple to the knob. The switch assembly also comprises a printed circuit board having at least one wiper for engaging a contact extending from the plunger arrangement. A step shaft projects from the shaft of the plunger arrangement such that when a maintained mode of operation is desired by the switch assembly, the step shaft engages a retaining assembly formed by a portion of the housing, and when a momentary mode of operation is desired by the switch assembly the step shaft is positioned such that is free from engaging the retaining assembly.
KEYBOARD SWITCH
A keyboard switch, including a base; a static contact; a moving contact; an upper cover; a button; a reset spring; an X-shaped rack structure; and a holding part. The X-shaped rack structure includes a first connecting rack and a second connecting rack. The first connecting rack includes a first balancing lever and two first connecting parts sleeving on the first balancing lever, the second connecting rack includes a second balancing lever and two second connecting parts sleeving on the second balancing lever; opposite surfaces of the two first connecting parts each are provided with one boss, facing surfaces of the two second connecting parts each are provided with one round hole, and the boss is inserted in the round hole so that two ends of the two first connecting racks and two ends of the two second connecting racks are connected to form two X-shaped structures.
SWITCH
The switch includes the base, a plurality of the fixed contact terminals, the sliding body, the operation lever, the coil spring, and the cover. From above the base, the fixed contact terminals, the sliding body, the operation lever, and the coil spring are mounted to the base, and the sliding body is pressed against the operation lever to position the operation lever. The cover is mounted to the base from above so as to press the operation lever by the pressing portion of the cover and cause the operation lever to rotate to an initial position.
ECG BUTTON ASSEMBLY AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
This application relates to electrocardiogram (ECG) button assemblies and electronic devices. An example ECG button assembly includes a button part, a plastic tube, a metal tube, an elastic piece, and a conductive sheet. The housing is provided with a via hole, and the plastic tube is embedded in the via hole. A first through hole is provided at an interior of the plastic tube, the metal tube is embedded in the first through hole, the conductive sheet is connected to one end that is of the metal tube and that is located at an interior of the housing, and the conductive sheet is in contact with and electrically connected to a circuit board.
SWITCH DEVICE
A switch device includes a circuit board, a coil structure, a lower cover, an upper cover, an elastic part, and a sliding part. The circuit board gas a through hole running through the circuit board. The coil structure is disposed on the circuit board and surrounds the through hole. The lower cover us located over the coil structure. The upper cover is disposed on the lower cover. The lower cover and the upper cover form an accommodating space. The elastic part is located in the accommodating space. The sliding part passes through an opening of the upper cover and is configured to slide relative to the lower cover along a direction. The sliding body is configured to drive the sliding part to pass through the through hole along the direction to generate a switch signal corresponding to an inductance variance of the coil structure.
FAST TRIGGER FOR KEYBOARD ANALOG SWITCH
A sleep mode awakening switch provides a very quick signal to awaken a key's analog sensor from sleep mode with very little movement of the key by a user. This is accomplished using a controlled short distance between a stopper for a spring contact of the switch and a fixed contact of the switch. A protrusion on a key stem lifts the spring contact up to the stopper, with the stopper controlling the travel distance to flip the switch upon a key press.
