KEY MODULE
20220351923 · 2022-11-03 ·

A key module includes a base plate, a circuit layer and a lifting mechanism. The circuit layer is disposed on the base plate. The lifting mechanism is pivotally connected with the base plate relative to the circuit layer, and the lifting mechanism has an abutment element. The abutment element could interfere with the circuit layer to reduce the noise generated by the key module during operation.

OPERATOR CONTROL DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE, IN PARTICULAR A PASSENGER MOTOR VEHICLE
20170316897 · 2017-11-02 · ·

A base element and at least one switching element are included in an operator control device which may be disposed in a vehicle. By closing at least one electrical contact, the switching element is moveable from a first position into a second position relative to the base element. The operator control device can also include at least one pushbutton switch moveable relative to the base element between a position of rest and at least one activation position. The operator control device can further include at least one restoring element, formed of silicone and supported on the base element and on the pushbutton switch, which can be elastically deformed by moving the pushbutton switch from the position of rest into the activation position. Using the restoring element, the pushbutton switch can be moved from the activation position into the position of rest by relaxing the restoring element.

TOUCH CONTROL KEYBOARD
20170316899 · 2017-11-02 ·

A touch control keyboard includes a plurality of keycaps, a plurality of touch key parts, a plurality pairs of conductive distributions, a first circuit board, and a second circuit board. An upper part of each keycap includes a touch key part having a coupling capacitor. The touch key parts and the pair of conductive distributions and the first circuit board are electrically connected. The first circuit board detects the coupling capacitors of the touch key parts by using the pair of conductive distributions to generate a first key signal. The second circuit board detects keystrokes of the keycaps to generate a second key signal.

A key structure includes a supporting plate, a keycap, a frame and a movable plate. The supporting plate is disposed over the movable plate. The keycap is disposed over the supporting plate. The frame is disposed over the supporting plate and arranged around the keycap. The frame includes a linking element. The linking element is inserted in a groove of the movable plate. While the movable plate is moved, the linking element is moved along the groove in response to the movement of the movable plate and the frame is ascended to a position at the same level with the keycap. Consequently, the top surface of the frame and the top surface of the keycap are collaboratively defined as a flat surface.

SLIM KEY STRUCTURE
20170338062 · 2017-11-23 ·

The present application provides a slim key structure, including a flexible carrying sheet body, a key cap, a circuit board, a base plate, and a positioning frame cover. The key cap is superimposed over the flexible carrying sheet body, the circuit board is disposed below the flexible carrying sheet body, and the positioning frame cover and the base plate sandwich the key cap, the flexible carrying sheet body, and the circuit board together from the top and the bottom. The key cap includes at least one first hook that protrudes downward, the base plate includes at least one second hook that protrudes upward, and the at least one second hook penetrates through the circuit board to be engaged with the at least one first hook of the key cap. The key cap is evenly carried on the flexible carrying sheet body, and a phenomenon that the key cap wobbles and is unstable would not occur.

Key Switch, Key Unit and Computer Keyboard
