Keyboard with interlocking keycaps
A keyboard case for a tabled computer has a keyboard with a bezel plate having a matrix of apertures therein. A matrix of keycaps corresponds to the matrix of apertures in the bezel plate. The bezel plate has a web between the matrix of apertures comprising narrower lateral web between laterally proximate apertures and wider diagonal web between diagonally proximate apertures. Pockets extend from corners of each aperture into the diagonal web of the bezel plate. Tabs extend from corners of each keycap into corresponding pockets of the bezel plate to interlock the keycaps to the bezel plate.
SWITCH
A switch according to the present invention includes a base including a recessed portion on one surface of the base; a click spring having a dome shape, the click spring being provided at the recessed portion such that the bottom of the recessed portion is contacted at a dome-shaped opening side of the click spring; a cover provided to cover the recessed portion and to house the click spring at the recessed portion; and a strain detecting element attached to another surface of the base. The strain detecting element is configured to detect strain of the base, the strain occurring in accordance with a depression amount of the click spring that is depressed.
SWITCH
A switch includes: a housing having a box shape; a plunger movable in a first direction intersecting an opening surface; and a movable piece arranged inside the housing and is elastically deformable in a second direction intersecting the first direction. The plunger has a touching portion which is arranged so as to face the movable piece in the second direction inside the housing and to be able to elastically deform the movable piece in the second direction by touching the movable piece, and further, a lubricant retaining portion that can retain a lubricant is provided in at least one of the touching portion of the plunger and a touched portion of the movable piece.
FLEXIBLE SWITCHES, SENSORS AND CIRCUITS
A flexible switch has a deformable body and a plurality of electrodes, at least one of the electrodes being provided on the deformable body. The switch has a first state in which the electrodes are spaced apart and a second state in which the electrodes are in electrical contact, and the switch is configured to allow movement between the states when a force is applied to or removed from the deformable body.
