Hand-held tool machine
A hand-held tool machine comprising a housing is disclosed wherein a motor for driving a tool as well as a switch for switching on and off the motor are received, including a switching arrangement having a switch that can be moved between a non-activated position and an activated position for activating the switch, and including a locking arrangement that can be moved between a blocking position and a release position, wherein the switch lever can only be moved into the activated position, when the locking arrangement is in the release position, and wherein the locking arrangement allows for a locking of the switch lever in the activated position, wherein the locking arrangement includes a slider that is received on the switch lever slidable between a locking position and a release position, wherein on the slider there is provided a blocking element cooperating with a counter element arranged at the housing for blocking a movement of the switch lever into the activated position when being in the blocking position and for allowing a movement of the switch lever into the activated position upon shifting the slider into the release position, and wherein on the slider there is provided a latching element that cooperates with a counter element on the housing for allowing a latching of the switch lever in the activated position.
MECHANICAL INTERLOCK WITH ENHANCED FEATURES
An improved mechanical interlock including one or more features to facilitate a more robust design, easier assembly, and/or enhanced capabilities. For example, the mechanical interlock may include an interlock latch operatively associated with an external handle assembly and an internal connector. The interlock latch being directly coupled to a shaft coupled to the handle assembly, thus providing an improved and more robust latching mechanism. The mechanical interlock may also include one or more keys (e.g., a Poke-Yoke feature) to facilitate easier assembly and/or to prevent human errors caused by improper assembly. The mechanical interlock may also include an integrated magnetic switch and monitoring system to ensure that accurate location of the handle assembly is known.

Hand-held robot teaching device
A robot teaching device allowing a user to operate an enable switch provided on the robot teaching device in a similar manner regardless of the user's dominant hand. A hand-held robot teaching device includes an enable switch built-in includes a main body including a holding portion that is configured to be held by one hand, and an enable switch operating section that is provided on the holding portion and is configured to be operated by a reference switching motion of a hand holding the holding portion in a reference position. The enable switch operating section includes a switching motion specifying mechanism that makes the reference switching motion in the reference position easier than another motion.

Swivel catch apparatus, enclosed switch assemblies, and operational methods thereof
A switch box mechanism of an enclosed switch assembly. The switch box mechanism includes a swivel catch having an elongated body, a pivot configured to allow the swivel catch to rotate relative to an enclosure, and a catch end including a catch configured to engage with an enclosure lid, and a slide feature formed in the elongated body, a rod configured to couple to a switch engagement member that is configured to engage with a rotor of a line base assembly, the rod having a slide portion slidably engaged with the slide feature, and a spring configured to bias the swivel catch. Enclosed switch assemblies and switch subassemblies including the switch box mechanism, and methods of operating enclosed switch assemblies are disclosed, as are other aspects.
Safety switch having interlocking handle and door
A safety switch includes a housing including first and second compartments that are separated by a barrier, a switch mechanism in the first compartment, one or more fuse holders in the second compartment, a first door connected to the housing and covering the first compartment, a second door connected to the housing, a handle connected to the switch mechanism, and a locking mechanism operatively connected to the handle. The handle is movable between an off position and an on position. The locking mechanism configured such that: the second door is locked in a closed position when the handle is in the on position; the second door is movable from the closed position to an open position to expose the second compartment when the handle is in the off position; and the handle is locked in the off position when the second door is in the open position.
