SPRING BRACKET FOR A COOKTOP APPLIANCE
A low profile spring bracket for a heating element of a cooktop appliance includes features that allow the bracket to move along the axial direction in a smooth fashion with minimal force. In this way, a temperature sensor attached thereto can maintain contact with a cooking utensil placed on the heating element.
Plastic lampholder with thermostat
A plastic lampholder with a thermostat includes a housing, a plastic bracket, a plastic threaded ring, a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, a thermostat and a top cover and is installed to a downlight. The lampholder has two slots for plugging two electrodes of a power line by a bare line section, so that a power source is introduced to the lampholder. Both of the plastic bracket and housing of the lampholder are made of a plastic material and integrally formed, and the plastic threaded ring of the lampholder is integrally formed in the housing. Power is conducted through a thermostat to prevent the lampholder from burning by high temperatures.
Breaker, safety circuit and secondary battery pack
A breaker is provided with a first terminal piece on which a fixed contact is formed, a movable piece with a movable contact for pressing the movable contact against the fixed contact so as to contact therewith, a thermally-actuated element deforming with a change in temperature and moving the movable piece so that the movable contact is separated from the fixed contact, and a second terminal piece electrically connected to the movable piece. The movable contact includes a first movable contact and a second movable contact arranged at a first end portion and a second end portion, respectively, of the movable piece in its longitudinal direction. The fixed contact includes a first fixed contact arranged at a position with which the first movable contact can contact, and a second fixed contact arranged at a position with which the second movable contact can contact.
Complex protection device for blocking abnormal state of current and voltage
A complex protection device for blocking an abnormal state of current and voltage is disclosed. In the complex protection device, a resistive element is configured in the form of a structure and thus the resistive element has enhanced durability and surface mounting technology suitable for automation may be utilized, and a plurality of resistive elements is configured in various resistances and sizes to be optimally designed for product characteristics.
Temperature-dependent switch
A temperature-dependent switch, including a switching mechanism unit, and a switching mechanism housing including a first base body composed of electrically conductive material. The temperature-dependent switch further includes a switch housing having a second base body composed of electrically insulating material, in which the switching mechanism housing is arranged, wherein the switch housing includes a stationary contact part. The first base body of the switching mechanism housing surrounds the switching mechanism unit from a first housing side, a second housing side opposite to the first housing side, and a housing circumferential side extending between and transversely to the first and the second housing sides. The first housing side includes an opening through which a movable contact part of the switching mechanism unit interacts with the stationary contact part. The second base body surrounds the first housing side and the circumferential housing side of the switching mechanism housing.
Temperature-dependent switch
A temperature-dependent switch, comprising a temperature-dependent switching mechanism having a switching mechanism unit and a switching mechanism housing, in which the switching mechanism unit is arranged and held captively therein. Furthermore, the switch comprises a switch housing, in which the switching mechanism housing is arranged and held captively therein.
ELECTRIC MACHINE
An electric machine includes an electronic module including a conductive track coupled to a circuit board to define a power circuit. A conductive element connects first and second track portions of the conductive track to determine closure of the power circuit. The electronic module includes a heat-sensitive joint between the conductive element and the first track portion positioned on the printed circuit board opposite the conductive track. An elastic element presses against the conductive element to exert a force on the heat-sensitive joint, which is configured to yield at a threshold temperature. A support houses the electronic module with the conductive track and the conductive element disposed towards the support. The elastic element is disposed opposite the conductive track with respect to the support and operates between the conductive element and the support so that the force pushes the conductive element away from the conductive track.
