CONTACT DEVICE, HOUSING CASE USED FOR CONTACT DEVICE, AND ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY EQUIPPED WITH CONTACT DEVICE
A contact device includes: a contact block including fixed contacts and movable contacts brought into contact with and separated from the fixed contacts; and a drive block configured to bring the movable contacts into contact with the fixed contacts and separate the movable contacts from the fixed contacts. The contact block includes: a contact unit including the fixed contacts and the movable contacts; a housing case having a housing space for housing the contact unit; and a window portion provided on a wall portion of the housing case and having higher light transmission than the wall portion.
Contact device and electromagnetic relay equipped with the contact device
A contact device includes: a contact block including a plurality of fixed terminals on which fixed contacts are formed, and a movable contactor on which movable contacts contacting and leaving the fixed contacts are formed; and a driving block that drives the movable contactor. Moreover, it is made possible to extinguish arcs, which are generated in an event where the contacts contact and leave each other, by arranging permanent magnets on a periphery of the contact block. Then, at least one fixed terminal among the plurality of fixed terminals is formed so that the fixed contact and the movable contact can abut against each other in a region other than a side opposite to the other fixed terminal.
High voltage relay device
A high voltage relay device according to the present invention includes fixed contacts, a movable contact provided at one side of the fixed contacts and contactable with or separated from the fixed contacts, fixed-side arc electrodes coupled to the fixed contacts, and a movable-side arc electrode coupled to one side of the movable contact and contactable with or separated from the fixed-side arc electrodes when the movable contact is brought into contact with or separated from the fixed contacts, whereby a generation of arc from primary electrodes when current flows and is cut off can be prevented so as to enhance reliability of the primary electrodes, and also usage of specialized materials may result in reduction of material costs.
Pressure-controlled electrical relay device
An electrical relay device includes a housing, a wire coil, an actuator assembly, and a shell. The housing extends between a closed end and an open end and defines a chamber. The wire coil and the actuator assembly are within the chamber. The actuator assembly is configured to move between a first position, in which a movable contact is spaced apart from at least one stationary contact, and a second position, in which the movable contact engages the at least one stationary contact, based on a magnetic field induced by current through the wire coil. The shell seals the open end of the housing to seal the chamber. The shell has a pressure relief valve in flow communication with the chamber. The pressure relief valve is configured to open in response to a pressure within the chamber exceeding a threshold set pressure to reduce the pressure within the chamber.
ELECTROMAGNETIC CONTACTOR
To more effectively prevent separation of a contact unit at the time of short-circuit in an electromagnetic contactor. A capsule case is made of resin. A fixed yoke is arranged between a pair of fixed contact pieces, and at least a portion of the fixed yoke is held in a skeleton forming a capsule case. A movable yoke is disposed on a movable contact piece and is opposed to the fixed yoke. The fixed yoke and the movable yoke attract each other caused by a magnetic circuit being formed about an axis in a conduction direction in which current flows in the movable contact piece when a contact unit is closed.
Electromagnetic switch
An electromagnetic switch includes a contact housing case; a plurality of contact mechanisms each having a fixed contact and a movable contact contacting to and separating from the fixed contact, and disposed in parallel inside the contact housing case; a movable contact holding portion holding the movable contacts of the plurality of contact mechanisms; and an electromagnet unit having a movable plunger moving the movable contact holding portion.
Separating unit with electromagnetic drive
A mechanical circuit breaker unit for interrupting a line includes a contact arrangement and an electromagnetic drive. The contact arrangement has first and second fixed contacts and a guided moving contact. The electromagnetic drive moves the moving contact. The separating unit can assume a first state and a second state. No electric connection exists between the first and second fixed contacts in the first state. The moving contact electrically connects the two fixed contacts to each other in the second state. The separating unit can be transferred from the second state into the first state by moving the moving contact. The second fixed contact has a recess for receiving the moving contact, and the moving contact engages at least partly into the recess when the separating unit is in the first state.
Contact device, and electromagnetic switch in which the contact device is used
A contact device includes a pair of fixed contacts fixedly disposed inside an arc extinguishing chamber and maintaining a predetermined interval from each other; a movable contact disposed inside the arc extinguishing chamber, and contacting to and separating from the pair of fixed contacts; a first arc root movement promotion portion formed on the pair of fixed contacts, and promoting a movement of a root of an arc in a direction away from the movable contact, the arc being generated when contacts are opened in which the movable contact moves away from the pair of fixed contacts; and a second arc root movement promotion portion formed on the movable contact, and promoting a movement of the root of the arc in a direction away from the relevant fixed contact.
Contact apparatus
A contact apparatus is provided and includes fixed terminals having fixed contacts, a movable contact member having the movable contacts provided on one surface thereof so as to come into contact or out of contact with the fixed contacts, a first yoke arranged at one side of said one surface of the movable contact member, and a second yoke arranged at a side of the other surface of the movable contact member, the second yoke having one surface facing the first yoke through the movable contact member. The first yoke is larger in volume than the second yoke.
Electromagnetic contactor
An electromagnetic contactor includes a contact device having a pair of fixed contacts disposed to maintain a predetermined distance and a movable contact disposed so as to contact to and detach from the pair of fixed contacts. An insulating cover, which covers the pair of fixed contacts except for contact portions that contact the movable contact and covers an inner surface of an insulating plate that fixes and holds the fixed contacts, is mounted on the pair of fixed contacts.
