Kit And Method For The Assembly Of At Least Two Variants Of A Relay And Contact Spring For A Relay
A stationary contact spring for a relay includes a base section fixed in a housing of the relay, a contact area opposite the base section adapted to perform an electric switching with a contact force, a spring section extending between the base section and the contact area, and an abutting latch abutting the housing with a biasing force directed against the contact force.
CONTACT DEVICE AND ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
A contact device according to an embodiment includes: a fixed contact assembly including a first fixed contact and a second fixed contact; and a moving contact assembly including a first moving contact and a second moving contact. The moving contact assembly includes: a first moving member; and a second moving member. The second moving member is arranged, in a first direction, between the first moving member and the fixed contact assembly and fixed to the first moving member at one end in a second direction intersecting with the first direction. The first moving contact and the second moving contact move as the first moving member moves. A first distance from the one end in the second direction to the first moving contact is longer than a second distance from the one end in the second direction to the second moving contact.
HIGH FREQUENCY RELAY
A high frequency relay is provided with an insulating outer housing, a relay body including an electromagnet unit and a contact mechanism unit, and a shield member. The relay body has a plate-like relay terminal, and the relay terminal is disposed such that the plate surfaces of the relay terminal extend along second surfaces of the relay body and one of the plate surfaces is exposed from at least one of the second surfaces. On the second surface, an insulator capable of insulating the relay terminal and the shield member is provided between the plate surface of the relay terminal and the shield member.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay includes a relay including an electromagnet, a contact which opens and closes in accordance with operation of the electromagnet, and an inner housing in which the electromagnet and the contact are accommodated, a support member on which the relay is elastically supported, an outer housing in which the relay is accommodated, and a weight which is attached to the relay.
Relay coil assembly
A relay coil assembly includes a bobbin having flanges on two ends, an enameled wire wound around bobbin, a coil pin mounted to the flange and having an insertion portion, an enameled wire fixing portion and a signal wire fixing portion, and a signal wire. The signal wire fixing portion is provided with a first engagement recess with an opening facing downward, in which the signal wire is engaged. An inverted hook is provided at one of two recess sidewalls of the first engagement recess, and a slope section is provided at one of the two recess sidewalls of the first engagement recess. The opening gradually enlarges from inside to outside along the slope section, which is capable of squeezing the signal wire into the first engagement recess and the inverted hook is capable of preventing the signal wire from coming out.
FIXING STRUCTURE BETWEEN METAL PART AND PLASTIC PARTS OF RELAY/CIRCUIT BREAKER
The disclosure provides fixing structure between a metal part and a plastic part of a relay/circuit breaker, comprising a metal part, a first plastic part and a second plastic part. A positioning groove is disposed on the first plastic part, one portion of the metal part is inserted and positioned in the positioning groove, and the other portion of the metal part is positioned between the first plastic part, and the second plastic part; a through hole is disposed at the second plastic part near to the positioning groove, glue is dispensed into the positioning groove though the through hole. A first glue blocking rib suitably fitting with a corresponding side of the other portion is respectively disposed at a position of the first plastic part corresponding to both sides of the positioning groove to prevent the glue from following to an inside of the relay/circuit breaker.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a base, a fixed terminal, a fixed contact, a movable piece, a movable contact, a magnet, a base holder, and a case. The fixed terminal is supported by the base. The fixed contact is connected to the fixed terminal. The movable piece is supported by the base. The movable contact is connected to the movable piece and faces the fixed contact. The magnet exerts a Lorentz force on an arc generated between the fixed contact and the movable contact. The base holder is a separate body from the base. The base holder is attached to the base. The base holder is disposed in at least a direction in which the Lorentz force acts with respect to the base. The case is attached to the base holder.
Power relay for a vehicle
A power relay for a vehicle is disclosed. The power relay has a housing formed by a connector base and a housing can set thereon, two connection bolts being inserted into the connector base for contacting a load circuit. The power relay further has a coil subassembly arranged in the housing and containing a solenoid coil and an armature. The armature is coupled by a force-transmission member to a contact bridge and can shift in the housing, under the effect of a magnetic field generated by the solenoid coil, in such a way that the contact bridge can be reversibly moved between a closing position, in which the contact bridge bridges the connection bolts in an electro conducting manner, and an opening position, in which the contact bridge is not in contact with the connection bolts. The housing can is configured as an injection-molded component made of plastic.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes an electromagnet, an armature configured to shift in response to a magnetic force generated by the electromagnet, a movable spring having a movable contact disposed thereon, a fixed spring including a first contact strip and a second contact strip, the first contact strip having a first fixed contact disposed thereon, the second contact strip having a second fixed contact disposed thereon, the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact facing the movable contact, and a linkage member configured to link the armature and the movable spring to shift the movable spring in conjunction with movement of the armature.
RELAY
A base of a relay has a leg extending in a contact/separation direction between contacts, and the leg is configured to come into contact with a yoke when the base is incorporated into a case. The leg is spaced away from an upper part of an armature by a distance. This distance is determined so that an upper surface of the armature does not come into contact with the leg in a normal operation of the armature, but the upper surface of the armature comes into contact with a lower surface of the leg when the armature jumps up beyond a movable range thereof due to, for example, a strong impact applied to a vehicle on which the relay is mounted.
