MAGNETIC LATCHING RELAY
A magnetic latching relay includes a base having a receiving chamber with a first sidewall extending in a longitudinal direction and a second sidewall extending in a transverse direction, and connected with the first sidewall; a coil assembly in the receiving chamber in the transverse direction and having a first end adjacent to the first sidewall; and a fixing frame on the base. The fixing frame has a first side close to the coil assembly, and is in sealed contact with the first end of the coil assembly, and a side of the fixing frame facing the first sidewall is in sealed contact with the first sidewall, forming a first glue dispensing port surrounded by the first sidewall, the second sidewall, the first end of the coil assembly, and the fixing frame.
Carrier sub-assembly for an electrical relay device
A carrier sub-assembly for an electrical relay device includes a plunger and a shaft. The plunger is formed of a ferromagnetic material. The plunger has a generally cylindrical shape extending between a top side and a bottom side of the plunger. The shaft extends between a contact end and an opposite plunger end. The shaft is directly secured to the plunger without a discrete component between the shaft and the plunger securing the shaft to the plunger. The shaft and the plunger are configured to move together within the electrical relay device. A segment of the shaft including the contact end protrudes from the top side of the plunger for securing to a movable contact of the electrical relay device.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay includes an electromagnet, an armature configured to shift in response to a magnetic force generated by the electromagnet, a movable spring having a movable contact disposed thereon, a fixed spring including a first contact strip and a second contact strip, the first contact strip having a first fixed contact disposed thereon, the second contact strip having a second fixed contact disposed thereon, the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact facing the movable contact, and a linkage member configured to link the armature and the movable spring to shift the movable spring in conjunction with movement of the armature.
Structure electromagnetic relay containing permanent magnet
A novel-structure electromagnetic relay containing a permanent magnet. At least three pairs of leading-out rods penetrate through a rectangular base, two pairs of leading-out rods are connected with the lower ends of four static spring plates respectively, an iron core and a coil framework are arranged at a diagonal position on the upper surface of the base, winding connectors of coils are connected with the other pair of leading-out rods respectively, the static spring plates are arranged at the other diagonal position on the upper surface of the base, a support is arranged at the top end of the coil framework, a pole face, a yoke and the permanent magnet are installed on the support, an armature, movable spring plates, the pole face and the yoke are located and connected through a middle shaft, and a sealing casing is covered outside the relay.
Relay
A relay according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a housing, a cylinder, a fixed contactor coupled to the housing, a movable contactor contactable with or separated from the fixed contactor, a coil assembly disposed in the housing to generate a magnetic field, a movable shaft coupled with the movable contactor at an upper portion thereof, a fixed core inserted into the cylinder, a moving core fixed to the movable shaft to move the movable shaft in a pressing manner, a wipe spring to supply elastic force to the movable shaft, and a return spring located between the fixed core and the moving core. The moving core includes a cylindrical protrusion extending toward the fixed core and surrounding the movable shaft.
Electromagnetic relay with short circuit preventing features
An electromagnetic relay includes a support member, a first fixed terminal, a second fixed terminal, a movable contact piece, a movable member. The support member is made of an insulating material. The first fixed terminal includes a first fixed contact and is supported by the support member. The second fixed terminal includes the second fixed contact and is supported by the support member. The movable contact piece includes a first movable contact and a second movable contact. The movable member is connected to the movable contact piece and includes a first overlapping portion made of an insulating material. The first overlapping portion is disposed between the first fixed terminal and the second fixed terminal. The first overlapping portion overlaps with the support member when viewed from a longitudinal direction of the movable contact piece in an open state where the first movable contact is separated from the first fixed contact.
Relay having a base with a leg configured to contact a yoke of the relay
A base of a relay has a leg extending in a contact/separation direction between contacts, and the leg is configured to come into contact with a yoke when the base is incorporated into a case. The leg is spaced away from an upper part of an armature by a distance. This distance is determined so that an upper surface of the armature does not come into contact with the leg in a normal operation of the armature, but the upper surface of the armature comes into contact with a lower surface of the leg when the armature jumps up beyond a movable range thereof due to, for example, a strong impact applied to a vehicle on which the relay is mounted.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
An electronic device capable of reducing costs for equipment is shown. Of a plurality of housings each having an electromagnetic relay body incorporated therein, the adjacent housings are unified with a disconnectable connector provided on facing outer surfaces of the housings.
ELECTRONIC-DEVICE SEAL STRUCTURE AND ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY USING SAID ELECTRONIC-DEVICE SEAL STRUCTURE
An electronic-device seal structure includes a base, a case which covers an upper surface of the base and has an opening at a surface thereof, and a pair of terminals attached to the base. A first clearance sealed with a sealing material is provided between the base and the case, and a second clearance is provided between the pair of terminals attached to an end surface of the base to face each other.
POWER RELAY FOR A VEHICLE
A power relay for a vehicle is disclosed. The power relay has a housing formed by a connector base and a housing can set thereon, two connection bolts being inserted into the connector base for contacting a load circuit. The power relay further has a coil subassembly arranged in the housing and containing a solenoid coil and an armature. The armature is coupled by a force-transmission member to a contact bridge and can shift in the housing, under the effect of a magnetic field generated by the solenoid coil, in such a way that the contact bridge can be reversibly moved between a closing position, in which the contact bridge bridges the connection bolts in an electro conducting manner, and an opening position, in which the contact bridge is not in contact with the connection bolts. The housing can is configured as an injection-molded component made of plastic.
