A relay, includes a housing and multiple contact modules. An interior of the housing has an accommodation space, and each contact module includes a terminal assembly, a movable contact plate, and a drive assembly. The terminal assembly includes two terminals spaced apart and disposed on the housing. The terminal at least partially extends into the accommodation space to form a static contact. The movable contact plate is movably disposed in the accommodation space, and is configured to contact two static contacts to conduct the two terminals. The drive assembly includes a drive shaft and a drive unit that drives the drive shaft. The drive shaft is connected to the movable contact plate, and the drive unit is configured to drive the movable contact plate via the drive shaft. Multiple drive shafts corresponding to the multiple contact modules are disposed coaxially, and are relatively movable in their axial direction.

Embodiments of a power module of a charging station are disclosed herein. The power module includes a printed circuit board, an electrical input for connection to an electrical supply network, an electrical output for connection to a charging control circuit, and a switching actuator electrically connected between the input and the output. The switching actuator is encapsulated in a housing and connected to the printed circuit board by connection contacts led out of the housing. According to the present disclosure, a base of a protective trough is arranged between the housing and the printed circuit board.

Provided is an electrical junction box in which a relay can be easily installed. The electrical junction box includes: a container; a relay that is installed on an outer surface of the container; a busbar that protrudes from the outer surface of the container, and is connected to the relay; and a support wall that protrudes from the outer surface of the container, is provided opposite to the busbar, and supports the relay. The relay is interposed between the busbar and the support wall, and the busbar has a guide portion configured to guide insertion of the relay between the busbar and the support wall.

This switching element for an electrical energy distribution board comprises a distribution bar and a support plate on which the distribution bar is fixed. The switching element comprises a coil, a contact movable under the action of the coil, said contact being mounted movably in a chamber. Said chamber comprises two parts intended to be mounted on the distribution board (P) in such a way that the movable contact acts on said bar, said chamber being furnished with means of fixing to the distribution bar or to the plate, the switching element being non-removably fixed by said chamber onto the distribution board (P).

An electronic device is provided with: an insulating base mounted on a printed circuit board; a common planar terminal provided so as to extend from an outer side surface to a bottom surface edge of the insulating base, and cause electrical continuity between the outer side surface and the bottom surface edge of the insulating base; a cover fitted to the insulating base and covering the common planar terminal; and a sealant sealing a gap between the outer side surface of the insulating base and an inner circumferential surface of the cover. A solder pool is formed in a position surrounded by the printed circuit board and the common planar terminal at the bottom surface edge of the insulating base.

An electromagnetic relay includes a case, a contact device, and an electromagnet device. The contact device includes a fixed contact and a movable contact piece including a movable contact. The electromagnet device is configured to drive the contact device. The electromagnet device is housed in the case. The electromagnet device includes a yoke. The yoke includes an extending portion extending to outside the case. The yoke is secured to the case via the extending portion.

Provided is a power relay assembly. The power relay assembly comprises: a support plate having at least one electrical element mounted on one surface thereof and including a plastic material having a heat dissipation property and insulation property; at least one bus bar electrically connected to the electrical element; and an electromagnetic wave shielding unit for shielding electromagnetic waves generated from the electrical element.

A power relay assembly is provided. A power relay assembly according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: a support plate having at least one electric element mounted on one surface thereof and including a plastic material having heat dissipation and insulation properties; and at least one bus bar electrically connected to the electric element and partially embedded in the support plate. Due to these features, since heat generated from the bus bar and the electric element is dissipated to the outside through the support plate, it is possible to prevent performance deterioration due to heat and breakage of electronic components.

An electromechanical relay, which can be inserted into a modular terminal in an insertion direction, wherein the relay is arranged in a housing and has two toggle switches, each of which is connected to connecting elements. At least one of the connecting elements leads out of the housing at the side and extends perpendicular to the insertion direction in at least some segments.

A power relay assembly is provided. A power relay assembly according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: an upper case having at least one electric element mounted on one surface thereof; a lower case coupled to the upper case; and at least one bus bar electrically connected to the electric element, disposed between the upper case and the lower case, and including a bottom portion that is in surface contact with at least one of the upper case and the lower case, wherein at least one side of the bottom portion contacts a portion made of a plastic material having heat dissipation and insulation properties in the upper case and the lower case.
