Auxiliary Contact System of Contactor
An auxiliary contact system of a contactor includes an auxiliary movable contact, an auxiliary static contact corresponding to the auxiliary movable contact, and a rotation member configured to be rotatable between a first position and a second position. In the first position, a main movable contact of the contactor is driven by the rotation member to an electric contact position in which the main movable contact contacts a main static contact and the auxiliary movable contact is in the electric contact position contacting the auxiliary static contact. In the second position, the main movable contact of the contactor is driven by the rotation member to an electric separation position where the main movable contact is separated from the main static contact and the rotation member pushes the auxiliary movable contact to the electric separation position separated from the auxiliary static contact.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay includes an electromagnet unit, a contact unit including a movable contact spring with a movable contact provided thereon and a fixed contact spring with a fixed contact provided thereon, and a base block configured to support the electromagnet unit and the contact unit, wherein the electromagnet unit is supported at a first face of the base block, and the contact unit is supported at a second face of the base block facing in an opposite direction from the first face, and wherein the base block includes a first insulating wall extending from the first face alongside the electromagnet unit and a second insulating wall extending from the second face alongside the contact unit, the second insulating wall being situated on an opposite side from the first insulating wall across the second face.
Relay
Examples of a relay are described, with which the characteristics of the relay such as the operating voltage can be prevented from changing, even when impact is applied to the relay. The relay has an electromagnet, an armature which pivots about a pivot axis by excitation of the electromagnet, a pressing member attached to a tip of the armature, and a terminal which is pressed by the pressing member, wherein the armature comprises a plate-like insertion part which extends in a direction parallel to the pivot axis, and a guide groove provided in the insertion part and which extends in a direction parallel to the pivot axis, and the pressing member comprises an enclosure which is open on one end, and a part of the enclosure is inserted into the guide groove.
Relay

Provided is a relay, with which an insulation distance can be maintained while preventing an increase in size of the relay. The relay has a coil, an iron core, an armature which moves by excitation of the coil, a contact terminal which displaces in accordance with the movement of the armature, a pressing member which is attached to the armature and which presses the contact terminal, and a base block having a wall arranged between a first area in which the coil and the iron core are arranged, and a second area in which the contact terminal and the pressing member are arranged, wherein the armature comprises a first portion arranged in the first area and a second portion extending from the first portion and arranged in the second area, and the pressing member is affixed to the second portion.

A magnetic flux assembly for closing a magnetic circuit of a relay and a relay. The magnetic flux assembly has a yoke and a U-shaped armature that is movable relative to the yoke. The yoke has a coil part that is in a coil and a flux conduction part that conducts the magnetic flux generated by the coil.

Electrical relay device

A switch member is positioned in the chamber and moves between a first position and a second position. The switch member includes a movable relay contact. A cover is coupled to the housing at the open end. The cover holds the coil with the movable relay contact positioned between the coil and the closed end of the housing facing the circuit board.
