RELAY
A relay, includes a base; a contact part disposed on the base and including two sets of movable contact parts, each set of the movable contact parts including a movable contact piece, a movable contact unit and a static contact unit, stiffnesses of two movable contact pieces are difference; a push rod assembly including a first push rod and a second push rod respectively connected to the two movable contact pieces; and a magnetic circuit part arranged on the base for driving the movements of the first push rod and the second push rod in an opposite directions, so as to drive the two movable contact pieces to come into contact or move away from each other, achieving contact or separation between the static contact unit and the movable contact unit.
Carrier sub-assembly for an electrical relay device
A carrier sub-assembly for an electrical relay device includes a plunger and a shaft. The plunger is formed of a ferromagnetic material. The plunger has a generally cylindrical shape extending between a top side and a bottom side of the plunger. The shaft extends between a contact end and an opposite plunger end. The shaft is directly secured to the plunger without a discrete component between the shaft and the plunger securing the shaft to the plunger. The shaft and the plunger are configured to move together within the electrical relay device. A segment of the shaft including the contact end protrudes from the top side of the plunger for securing to a movable contact of the electrical relay device.
Solenoid switch
A starter for an internal combustion engine includes an electric motor and a solenoid switch. The solenoid switch includes a housing, a fixed core, a movable core, two spaced contacts, and a conductive member arranged to interconnect the contacts when the solenoid is turned on. The movable core is connected to a pinion of the motor which is movable to engage with a flywheel of the engine. The fixed core includes a pull-in coil of aluminum wire, a holding coil of copper wire, and a magnetic core. The motor is connected in series with the pull-in coil. When the solenoid is energized, the coils generate a magnetic field that attracts the movable core to the magnetic core, thereby the moving the pinion into engagement with the flywheel and causing the conductive member to interconnect the contacts.
Power Contactor with High Mechanic Shock Resistance
A power contactor having an electromagnetic driving unit, a rotating armature, and a reset element. The rotating armature is switched by the electromagnetic driving unit between an open position and a closed position. The reset element exerts a reset force onto the rotating armature when in the closed position.
System and method for setting a wear allowance of an electrical contactor
An electrical contactor that includes separable contacts that include a first pair of mating contacts and a second pair of mating contacts. The electrical contactor also includes a first portion that includes the first pair of mating contacts and a solenoid plunger that is configured to receive a plunger rod; The electrical contactor additionally includes a second portion that includes the second pair of mating contacts. The plunger rod is configured to be inserted within the solenoid plunger and rotated towards the second portion to be threaded into the second portion to enable the second portion to be pulled up towards the first portion. The second pair of mating contacts are configured to move closer to the first pair of mating contacts until the second pair of mating contacts mate with the first pair of mating contacts to increase a wear allowance to a predetermined desired level.

ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay includes a sealed housing, a fixed contact, a movable element having a movable contact, a shaft, a movable core, a fixed core, a return spring, an electromagnetic coil and a sleeve. The shaft is slidably inserted in a through-hole formed in the fixed core. The sleeve has a support part supporting the movable core so as to define a position of the movable core relative to the fixed core when no magnetic attraction acts therebetween. At a front end of the sleeve, there is formed a position adjustment part for adjusting a positional relationship between the fixed core and the support part during the direct or indirect fixing of the sleeve to the fixed core.
