DC CONTACTOR WITH DUAL MICRO SWITCHES

A DC contactor with dual micro switches, characterized in that, comprising: a coli, a push rod and two micro switches, the two micro switches are respectively installed at two predetermined positions in the contactor, the push rod is provided with two toggle arms respectively matched with the two micro switches, when main contacts of the contactor are in contact, the two micro switches turn on or off or convert contact by the toggle arms of the push rod according to a predetermined means.

Switch with customized circuit board electrical contact pad placement using selectively mounted electrical contactors

A modular auxiliary switch includes a housing including a first housing part and a separate second housing part secured to the first housing part. A printed circuit board is housed in one of the first and second housing parts, and has a first side facing the first housing part and a second opposite side facing the second housing part. An actuator mechanism is housed in the first housing part and is coupled to the printed circuit board. A separate first electrical contactor is selectively mounted to the printed circuit board so that a first electrical contact surface of the first electrical contactor overlaps and is in direct contact with one of the first side and the second side to define a first electrical contact pad on the printed circuit board.

Auxiliary switch

An auxiliary switch includes a housing including a first housing part and a second housing part separate from and releasably connected to the first housing part. A printed circuit board is fixedly mounted within the housing and has an electrical pad and an electrical contact connected to the electrical pad. A terminal conductor is electrically connected to the printed circuit board. An actuator mechanism is mounted within the housing and has an electrical contactor engaged to the terminal conductor. The actuator mechanism is configured to move within the housing and at least partially displace the electrical contact while maintaining engagement between the contactor and the terminal conductor.

A circuit breaker having a first micro switch, a second micro switch and a transmission mechanism. The transmission mechanism drives the first micro switch and the second micro switch, which are arranged in a circuit breaker shell. The first micro switch and the second micro switch are arranged on one side of the shell side by side, and a corresponding first transmission rod and a corresponding second transmission rod in the transmission mechanism respectively drive the first micro switch and the second micro switch. Since the circuit breaker is provided with no external device, the space occupied by the circuit breaker is reduced, thereby facilitating construction and installation. Since the two micro switches are built-in side by side, different signals can be simultaneously output.
