Relay having insulation distance between electromagnet and contacts
Provided is a relay, with which an insulation distance can be maintained while preventing an increase in size of the relay. The relay has a coil, an iron core, an armature which moves by excitation of the coil, a contact terminal which displaces in accordance with the movement of the armature, a pressing member which is attached to the armature and which presses the contact terminal, and a base block having a wall arranged between a first area in which the coil and the iron core are arranged, and a second area in which the contact terminal and the pressing member are arranged, wherein the armature comprises a first portion arranged in the first area and a second portion extending from the first portion and arranged in the second area, and the pressing member is affixed to the second portion.
Spring Member For An Electric Switching Device Such As A Cradle Relay
A spring for an electric switch comprises a base portion, a contact section, and a return spring section. The base portion forms a proximal end of the spring. The contact section extends from the base portion to a distal end of the spring opposite the proximal end. The contact section has a contact member. The return spring section extends from the base portion alongside the contact section.

HIGH VOLTAGE RELAY RESISTANT TO INSTANTANEOUS HIGH-CURRENT IMPACT
A high voltage relay resistant to instantaneous high-current impact is disclosed, and includes an electromagnet system, a control system, a contact system, and a base support. In the present solution, an electromagnetic force generated by the contact system is used to resolve a problem of contact separation caused by an electric repulsion force generated by an instantaneous high-current.

CONTACT DEVICE
A contact device includes a fixed contact, a movable contact, a housing, and an arc extinguishing member. The movable contact moves between a closed position where the movable contact contacts the fixed contact and an open position where the movable contact is separate from fixed contact. The housing houses the fixed contact and the movable contact. The arc extinguishing member is movably disposed in the housing and discharges an arc extinguishing gas. The arc extinguishing member is disposed facing a gap between the fixed contact and the movable contact when the movable contact is in the open position.

Relay
A relay for assembling in terminal blocks includes an electromagnetic drive arrangement including an armature, an armature bearing spring, and a yoke. The armature is at least partially spaced from the yoke, is movably mounted, and is reduces the distance between the yoke and the armature under an effect of an electromagnetic force. The armature bearing spring applies a spring force counteracting the electromagnetic force. The yoke interacts electromagnetically with the armature to apply the electromagnetic force. A contact spring has a first contact surface and a contact arm, and the contact arm is spaced from the first contact surface and comes into contact with the first contact surface via a pressure force acting to establish an electrical connection between the first contact surface and the contact arm. An insulating element electrically isolates the armature from the contact arm and actuates the contact arm to produce the pressure force.

ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay includes a base, a case, an arc extension space, a contact device, and a magnet. The contact device includes a fixed terminal, a fixed contact, a movable contact piece, a movable contact. The magnet includes a first magnet portion facing the contact device, and a second magnet portion disposed adjacent to the first magnet portion and facing the arc extension space. The magnet generates a magnetic field to extend an arc generated between the fixed contact and the movable contact. The base is separated from a midpoint of a straight line between the fixed contact and the movable contact by a distance different from a distance between the base and a center of the arc extension space. The base is separated from a center of the first magnet portion by a distance different from a distance between the base and a center of the second magnet portion.
