Monolithic Carrier Body For A Relay
A carrier body for a relay comprises a base body, a coil carrier, and a contact mount. The base body is monolithically formed with the coil carrier and the contact mount. The coil carrier and the contact mount extend from the base body.
Spring Member For An Electrical Switching Element
A spring for an electrical switch comprises a contact arm and a base from which the contact arm extends. The contact arm has a contact member. The base has a terminal and an extension. The extension extends from the contact arm to the terminal and away from a remaining base.
Switch and associated methods
The present invention is related to a switching device having a contactor and an actuator. The contactor has at least a first contactor member and a second contactor member. The actuator is configured to actuate the contactor. At least one of the contactor members has a varying or variable thickness along its length such that the at least one of the contactor members has a relatively thick portion and a relatively thin portion.
RELAY
A relay includes an electromagnet, a plurality of springs having contacts which open and close in accordance with operation of the electromagnet and terminals, and a base which supports the springs, wherein at least one of the plurality of springs has a locked part which is locked on the base using resilience of the spring, and the base has a lock part which locks the locked part.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a base, a spool provided on the base, a coil wound on the spool, a yoke inserted into a hole formed in the spool, an armature movably provided on the base, a movable contact fixed on the base, a static contact fixed on the base, and a driving member connected between the armature and the movable contact. The yoke is L-shaped. The yoke and the armature form a rectangular magnetic loop.
An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed contact; a movable contact movable between a first position at which the movable contact contacts the fixed contact to form a closed state, and a second position at which the movable contact does not contact the fixed contact to form a opened state; an electromagnet that includes a coil, a magnetic core, and a yoke coupled to the magnetic core, and generates magnetic field; and an actuator that includes a pair of armatures, and a permanent magnet sandwiched by the pair of armatures, and moves the movable contact by the magnetic field generated by the electromagnet, wherein a magnetic circuit formed by the magnetic core, the yoke and the pair of armatures is closed at the opened state, and is opened at the closed state.
Relay
A relay includes a fixed terminal, a fixed contact connected to the fixed terminal, a movable contact piece facing the fixed terminal, a movable contact, a drive unit including a coil and an armature operated by electromagnetic force generated from the coil, a card, and a wall disposed between the armature and the card. The movable contact is connected to the movable contact piece and faces the fixed contact. The card is disposed between the drive unit and the movable contact piece, and transmits an operation of the armature to the movable contact piece. The card includes a card body, a contact part, and a protrusion. The card body is disposed between the wall and a movable contact piece. The contact part extends from the card body toward the armature. The protrusion protrudes from the card body toward the wall and is disposed on a side of the contact part.
Elastic contact plate structure of electromagnetic relay
An elastic contact plate structure of an electromagnetic relay includes at least one elastic plate assembly and at least one contact structure. The elastic plate assembly includes first, second, third and fourth plates sequentially stacked on one another, and first plate has a first convex arc bent portion with first mounting hole formed at an end; second plate has second convex arc bent portion with second mounting hole formed at an end. Third plate has third mounting hole formed at an end; fourth plate has fixed section, which has fourth mounting hole, and elastic section. Contact structure is passed and fixed into first, second, third, and fourth mounting hole. Therefore, the force receiving strength of elastic contact plate structure shows a positive linear change with the deformation, and the stability of connecting or disconnecting elastic contact plate structure is improved significantly, so as to achieve a better electrical performance.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed terminal, a base, a fixed contact, a movable contact, a movable contact piece, a movable terminal, a card, and a contact protrusion. The base supports the fixed terminal. The fixed contact is connected to the fixed terminal. The movable contact faces the fixed contact. The movable contact is connected to the movable contact piece. The movable terminal is fixed to the base. The movable terminal is connected to the movable contact piece. The card pushes the movable contact piece to move the movable contact. The contact protrusion is provided on the movable contact piece. The contact protrusion contacts the card to allow the card to press the movable contact piece.
