Double-armature relay
An electromagnetic double-armature relay with an excitation coil comprises a first yoke and a second yoke, which are arranged on the excitation coil. The first leg of the first yoke serves as a support for a first armature and the first leg of the second yoke serves as a support for a second armature. The double-armature relay has a first comb which cooperates with the first armature, and a second comb cooperates with the second armature. In addition, the double-armature relay has at least two contact bridges, each of which is detachably arranged with a first end in the first comb and the second end in the second comb and comprises two contact rivets oriented in opposite directions, and fixed contacts which are arranged opposite the contact rivets of the contact bridge. The arrangement of the two yokes and armatures are such that the two combs perform opposing translational movements.
Relay with card made from resin
A relay includes a fixed terminal, a fixed contact connected to the fixed terminal, a movable contact piece facing the fixed terminal, a movable contact, a card, and a drive unit configured to generate a driving force to operate the card. The movable contact is connected to the movable contact piece and faces the fixed contact. The card is made from resin and presses the movable contact piece to operate the movable contact piece. The card includes a first pressing portion and a second pressing portion. The first and second pressing portions are configured to contact the movable contact piece and press the movable contact piece. The second pressing portion is disposed apart from the first pressing portion in a width direction of the movable contact piece. The first and second pressing portions are disposed inside side edges of the movable contact piece in the width direction respectively.
Electromagnetic relay capable of externally and manually controlling, turning on, and shutting off electric power
An electromagnetic relay capable of externally and manually controlling, turning on, and shutting off electric power includes casing, push-pull rod and relay module. The casing has top cover, where slideway is formed, and an end of the slideway has bump. The push-pull rod is installed to the slideway and has an end formed into hook portion and passed into the casing. An open slot, which has fitting hole and sliding hole, is formed on the push-pull rod. The relay module is installed at the chassis and has elastic contact plate assembly and lever, and an end of the lever is engaged with the hook portion. After the fitting hole is sheathed on the bump, the sliding hole is moved relative to the bump, so that the hook portion drives the lever to push the elastic contact plate assembly to define electrical connection or disconnection state according to different requirements.
Method for controlling electromagnetic relay
A method is for controlling an electromagnetic relay comprising a fixed contact, a movable contact that comes in contact with and separated from the fixed contact, an electromagnet that includes a coil for generating magnetic field, and an actuator that moves the movable contact. The method includes: when separating the movable contact that is in contact with the fixed contact, supplying a first current to the coil to generate a first magnetomotive force that drives the actuator in a direction to move the movable contact toward the fixed contact, supplying a second current to the coil, while the first current is supplied to the coil, to generate a second magnetomotive force that drives the actuator in a direction to move the movable contact away from the fixed contact, and stop supplying the first current while the second current is supplied to the coil.
Contact device
A contact device including a fixed contact member having a fixed contact; and a movable contact member which includes a movable contact and is movable between a position where the movable contact is in contact with the fixed contact and a position where the movable contact is away from the fixed contact, a first contact member which is one of the fixed contact member and the movable contact member further including a recess in a surface to which a first contact of the first contact member is provided. The first contact protrudes toward a second contact of a second contact member which is another of the fixed contact member and the movable contact member, and a periphery of the recess at least partially surrounding a periphery of the first contact in a surface perpendicular to a protruding direction of the first contact.
Relay
The movable body includes a pivot and a contact portion. The pivot is rotatably supported. The contact portion is disposed at a position contactable with a contact piece. The movable body rotates around the pivot and presses the contact piece via the contact portion to move the second contact close to the first contact. The actuator presses the movable body to rotate the movable body around the pivot. The contact piece has a curved portion located between the second contact and the support. The pivot is located on a side where the support is disposed with respect to the curved portion. The actuator includes a pressing member which presses the movable body. The pressing member moves in an axial direction of the pressing member to press the movable body.
