Electromagnetic Relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a base, a spool provided on the base, a coil wound on the spool, a yoke inserted into a hole formed in the spool, an armature movably disposed on the base, a movable contact fixed on the base, a static contact fixed on the base, a driving member connected between the armature and the movable contact, and an elastic pressing member fixed on the base. The elastic pressing member is pressed against an outer side of the armature so as to position the armature on the base and provide an auxiliary thrust to the armature.
Electromagentic Relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a base, a spool provided on the base, a coil wound on the spool, a yoke inserted into a hole formed in the spool, an armature movably provided on the base, a movable contact fixed on the base, a static contact fixed on the base, and a driving member connected between the armature and the movable contact. The yoke is L-shaped. The yoke and the armature form a rectangular magnetic loop.
Starter for an internal combustion engine
A starter for an internal combustion engine may include a support, an electric motor for driving a pinion in rotation, and a solenoid drive configured to axial adjust the pinion between an active position and a passive position. The solenoid drive may include a ferromagnetic plunger stop, a plunger axially adjustable, and a cylindrical coil arrangement surrounding a cylindrical coil interior. The plunger stop may include a cylindrical section projecting into the coil interior. The plunger may be arranged axially opposite the cylindrical section and, when the pinion is in the active position, protruding axially into the coil interior. When the pinion is in the passive position, a face-side plunger end may be arranged axially in a proximal end portion. The cylindrical section may extend into the coil interior such that a face end is closer to the proximal end portion than to a distal end portion.
Electromagnetic switch for engine starter
An electromagnetic switch includes a first and a second solenoid arranged in alignment in an axial direction of a housing and brings a pinion into mesh with a ring gear of an engine and close main contacts in a power supply circuit for an electric motor which cranks the engine. A retainer is provided which extends from a first bobbin of the first solenoid at least to a location of an air gap formed in a magnetic circuit of the second solenoid. The retainer holds a portion of a lead wire extending from a bobbin of the first solenoid at least in a range between the bobbin and the air gap, thereby minimizing inclination or deflection of the lead wire when the first and second solenoids are fabricated within the housing, thus facilitating the ease with which the first and second solenoids are mounted in place in the housing.
Electromagnetic relay device
In an electromagnetic relay device, a stationary core is coaxially arranged in an exciting coil, and constitutes a magnetic circuit. A yoke is arranged to surround an outer periphery of the exciting coil and the second end of the exciting coil to constitute the magnetic circuit. The yoke has an opening that is located to be closer to the first end of the exciting coil than to the second end of the exciting coil, and that faces the stationary core. A movable core is located to face the stationary core via the opening. The movable core is pulled to the stationary core upon the exciting coil being energized. A return spring is made of a magnetic member that is volutely wound in an axial direction of the stationary core. The return spring urges the movable core to be separated from the stationary core.
STATUS DETECTION CIRCUIT AND REMOTELY OPERABLE SWITCH
In an embodiment a state detection circuit includes a Hall sensor circuit with a Hall sensor, a voltage regulator and an output switch, wherein the Hall sensor circuit is connected between the voltage regulator and the output switch.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
A main fixed contact and a main moving contact are disposed on the front side of a coil, and an auxiliary fixed contact and an auxiliary moving contact are arranged above the coil in a housing. An auxiliary contact terminal includes an upper piece extending above the coil and provided with the auxiliary fixed contact or the auxiliary moving contact, a side piece connected to the upper piece and extending downward from the upper piece and disposed on a side of the coil, and a connecting piece connected to the side piece and provided so as to protrude outward from the housing. The side piece is press-fitted into a press-fitting portion formed in a coil bobbin, and the press-fitting portion includes an opening into which the side piece is press-fitted and a restriction wall formed around the opening so as to face the side piece.
