Extension handle assembly for motor protective circuit breaker and motor protective circuit breaker
An extension handle assembly includes: a housing; a handle driving the knob to rotate from a first position to a second position during a manual tripping period of a motor protection circuit breaker and drives the handle to rotate from the first position to a third position during a fault tripping; a stopper configured to abut against the handle upon the handle rotating from the first position to the second position during the manual tripping period, to provide a stopping force for a rotation of the handle to increase a force required for the rotation of the handle from the first position to the second position; and configured not to abut against the handle upon the handle rotating from the first position to the third position during the fault tripping period, not to provide a stopping force for the rotation of the handle.

Electric operating device for circuit breaker
An electric operating device for a circuit breaker that includes a housing, a transmission mechanism is installed in the housing, and a side wall of the housing serves as an operation surface and is provided with a first sliding groove communicated with the interior of the housing; a sliding rod is installed in the housing; a driving member controlled by the transmission mechanism is installed on the sliding rod; the driving member is provided with a closing operation portion and an opening operation portion; the driving member passes through the first sliding groove and extends out of the housing; the driving member moves along the sliding rod under the control of the transmission mechanism; and the closing operation portion and the opening operation portion operate a handle of the circuit breaker to be closed and opened respectively.
Handheld control device to mechanically operate molded case circuit breakers from a distance
Disclosed is a handheld control device (HCD) for remotely operating molded case circuit breakers. The HCD has an engagement fixture with a rectangular aperture for capturing a circuit breaker handle of a molded case circuit breaker. The fixture is attached to a central part of an actuating short arm. The actuating short arm is attached perpendicularly and pivotally to an elongated long arm that is of sufficient distance to protect an operator from hazardous arcing. Right and left elongated actuating members (e.g., rods, cables) extend along the long arm and attach to respective end portions of the actuating short arm. In one embodiment, a pivot handle manually moves the elongated actuating members to move the actuating short arm and consequently the fixture and handle. In another embodiment, a motor is controlled to move the elongated actuating members to move the actuating short arm and consequently the fixture and handle.

REMOTE CONTROL BREAKERS
A circuit breaker includes a breaker body housing a circuit and a controller for controlling the circuit. An internal handle mechanism and breaker mechanism in the breaker body have three states. The three states include an ON state wherein the breaker mechanism is in the closed contact state and the internal handle mechanism is in an ON position, an OFF state in which the breaker mechanism is in the open contact state and the internal handle mechanism is in an OFF position, and a TRIPPED state in which the breaker mechanism is in the open contact state and the internal handle mechanism is in a TRIPPED position. The controller and motor are configured to drive the internal handle mechanism. A lockout mechanism is configured to allow the breaker mechanism to lock the breaker mechanism in the TRIPPED state with a lockout tag in a locked position.
