A plug-in circuit breaker that includes a circuit breaker housing, and a locking mechanism, an unlocking mechanism, and a button mechanism all arranged inside the circuit breaker housing, and an operating mechanism connected to the button mechanism to drive the circuit breaker to switch on/switch off; the locking mechanism includes a first locking member with one end protruding outside the circuit breaker housing, and the circuit breaker housing comprises a locking member opening co-operated with the first locking member; the unlocking mechanism includes an independent pulling member drivingly co-operated with the first locking member, when the circuit breaker is in the switch-off state, one end of the first locking member protrudes outside the circuit breaker housing from the locking member opening, and pulling the pulling member enables the first locking member to retract into the inside of the circuit breaker housing.

Circuit breaker device

A circuit breaker device is provided with a main contactor part that can switch between connection and disconnection of a battery and a circuit, and a circuit breaker (10a) that can disconnect the battery. The circuit breaker (10a) is provided with: a connector connection part (41b) having a pair of connector circuit terminals (41bp, 41bn) related to passing electricity through a coil for the main contactor part; a connector (43) that is attachable to and detachable from the connector connection part (41b) and has a connector shorting terminal (43a) that shorts the pair of connector circuit terminals (41bp, 41bn) upon attachment to the connector connection part (41b); and a claw part (44a) for restricting attachment of the connector (43) to the connector connection part (41b).

An interlock assembly for a circuit breaker prevents inadvertent installation or removal of the circuit breaker from a circuit breaker panel while current is flowing. The interlock assembly cooperates with the circuit breaker panel to physically prevent the circuit breaker from being inserted into the circuit breaker panel until the circuit breaker is put into a tripped state. Likewise, the interlock assembly cooperates with the circuit breaker panel to physically prevent the circuit breaker from being taken out of the circuit breaker panel until the circuit breaker is put into a tripped state. This ensures that the circuit breaker will not be inadvertently installed or removed from the circuit breaker panel while current can immediately flow or is flowing through the circuit breaker.

MODULAR PLUG-IN POWER DISTRIBUTION PANEL ASSEMBLY FOR CRITICAL LOADS

Modular plug-in power distribution panels and methods for assembling such power distribution panels are provided. A power distribution panels includes an electrical enclosure configured to accommodate a panelboard therewithin. The power distribution panel also includes a bus bar assembly comprising a plurality of bus bars mounted on the panelboard. The power distribution panel also includes a plurality of plug-in bases connected to the bus bar assembly. The plurality of plug-in bases are configured to connect a plurality of cables during initial installation. The plurality of plug-in bases are configured to detachably connect to a plurality of plug-in breakers without shutting power down. The power distribution panel also includes one or more barriers configured to direct gases produced within the electrical enclosure out of the electrical enclosure to an external environment.

Box core module, plug module, and surge protective device (SPD)

A box core module, a plug module, and a surge protective device (SPD) are provided. The plug module includes a housing, bottom plates, a plurality of box core modules with an independent tripping mechanism, a first pin electrode, and a second pin electrode. The plurality of box core modules are vertically arranged on a side of the bottom plates in a side-by-side or opposite manner, and the plurality of box core modules are connected by an internal connection electrode to form a series and/or parallel combined line. The combined line is led out through the first pin electrode and the second pin electrode. The plug module is combined with a base. A modularized multi-form assembly-type SPD is provided. Mutual conversion between a high working voltage of the SPD and a large lightning strike through-current is achieved when the same voltage-limiting element is used and an overall tripping mode remains unchanged.
